Had a great experience moving a couch + ottoman with NorthStar! … It was very easy to schedule with them for a next day move … Very friendly and communicative, and we were very impressed with how careful they were with wrapping the couch and navigating it through the hallways.
Fulfilled a same/next day weekend service request and the guys were HUSTLERS ensuring we got the most out of our hourly rate, which was so appreciated. They were prepared, professional, flexible and, again, so fast! I can’t stress enough how impressed we were with both the response time, availability and rates when comparing to others who couldn’t offer the service when needed. Will def use again and recommend.
We used this service for a cross country move. AZ to FL. Very easy to schedule. Very communicative via text, email and calling during the whole process- at the start until after delivery. Paper work was easy to get back to them. Packers/movers were very efficient and professional on both ends of the move. I would highly recommend using these movers.

Very professional movers that have the tools to and take care to make sure your property is protected and NOT damaged. In both cases, the young men worked hard and fast but safely. We moved from San Francisco to Oakland 3 weeks ago and use NorthStart. Our team … were AMAZING. The process from the quote to the packing and the move were perfect. They were so fast and efficient, and they had to go up 3 flights of stairs with all of our stuff. Everything was in perfect condition after the move.
