Summer isn’t over yet! Fire up the grill! If you’re an avid reader of my blog then you know how much I love being a vegetarian<\/a>. Just because I don’t throw meat on the BBQ doesn’t mean I don’t love some vegetarian BBQ! Mmmmm. My mouth starts to water just at the sound of “vegetarian BBQ.” Have you tried it? Eating vegetarian BBQ isn’t always lean, it’s never mean, and it’s very, very green. Check out these recipes I love for summer vegetarian BBQ!<\/p>\n

Vegetarian BBQ Drinks<\/h2>\n

When the sun is beating down, nothing cools you off like lemonade. I love this Rosemary-Infused Cucumber Lemonade<\/a>. Ahhh. If you’re craving a sweeter treat at your vegetarian BBQ, try these Strawberry-Coconut Daiquiris<\/a>, which can easily be made in a non-alcoholic version. Best of all, these two drinks both pack a healthy dose of Vitamin C without any fat or cholesterol. Yeah, this vegetarian BBQ is healthy!<\/p>\n

Vegetarian BBQ Appetizers<\/h2>\n

Start off your vegetarian BBQ with crostini, goat cheese, and this grilled pepper salad<\/a>. I love love love goat cheese, so these grilled figs stuffed with goat cheese<\/a> sound divine, too.<\/p>\n

Vegetarian BBQ Main Dishes<\/h2>\n

Fill up on this yummy Grilled Tofu with Mediterranean Chopped Salad<\/a>. Those vegetarian BBQ grill marks are so beautiful.Or opt for a classic vegetarian BBQ dish: the meatless burger. This chickpea burger<\/a> or Greek-style quinoa burger<\/a> both sound very tasty for a vegetarian BBQ.<\/p>\n
