Halloween is just around the corner. That means you\u2019re probably trying to plan what Halloween treats you\u2019re going to make. If you\u2019re a vegetarian, like me, you\u2019ll be relieved that unlike some other holidays, Halloween treats are a vegetarian\u2019s playground!<\/p>\n

To make Halloween treats like fun pies, use your favorite recipe, but instead of a lattice or solid top crust, create fun Halloween treats by rolling the top crust out and cutting it into fun or spooky Halloween shapes! If you don\u2019t have a favorite pie recipe, try this cherry pie<\/a> or this mixed berry pie.<\/a><\/p>\n

If pie baking isn’t your speed, try one of the easiest Halloween treats around \u2013 and one of my favorites! An easy caramel apple dip<\/a>. Halloween treats don’t have to be complicated. Just cut apples into slices and make this delicious dip to go alongside or use plain caramel for easy, (mostly) healthy Halloween treats. If you don’t enjoy making them, Halloween treats don’t have to take too much effort. Halloween treats are about having fun!<\/p>\n

While you\u2019re making Halloween treats, don\u2019t forget about man\u2019s (and woman\u2019s!) best friend! Your dog will love Halloween treats as much as you will. Try any of these awesome healthy homemade dog treats<\/a> and cut or shape them into fun Halloween treats with cookie cutters or your own two hands! Remember, if you\u2019re thinking about getting a new furry friend this Halloween, pets aren’t Halloween treats. They’re a new member of your family and should be treated that way!<\/p>\n
