Being healthy is more than taking vitamins and <a title=\"Get Moving \u2013 Working Out in Fall and Winter\" href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/2013\/ways-to-keep-moving\/\" target=\"_blank\">going to the gym<\/a>; it&#8217;s about food, too! A healthy lifestyle starts with healthy food. So, let&#8217;s make this easy. Buy Local<\/h3>\n<p>There are a number of healthy benefits to purchasing fruits and veggies that are locally grown. They&#8217;re just so fresh and nutritious!<\/p>\n<p>Look for farmers&#8217; markets close to home where farmers sell their healthy products directly to you. There is no middleman, so the food is as fresh as it gets. <a title=\"LocalHarvest\" href=\"http:\/\/www.localharvest.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">LocalHarvest<\/a> has a directory of farmer\u2019s markets in your area. In addition, shopping locally supports your community.
