Lay a wooden spoon across the pot to prevent it from boiling over.<\/li>\n<li>Is the built up residue on your shower head grossing you out? Place a bag of vinegar around it and leave it there overnight to remove build up.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Good Will Website\" href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/about\/community\/free-clean-out-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\">Too many clothes<\/a>, but not enough closet space? Place soda can tabs on hangers to hang multiple clothes on one hanger.<\/li>\n<li>Cutting it close when it comes to opening blister packs? Use a can opener instead of scissors to avoid getting cut.<\/li>\n<li>Do you turn your nose up at smelly shoes? Crunch up some newspaper and leave it the shoes overnight to absorb the smell.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0Life Hacks: Food<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Craving a cold drink but don&#8217;t have ice or time to freeze it? Wrap a wet paper towel around a beverage, put it in the freezer, and in 15 minutes you&#8217;ll have\u00a0an ice cold beverage!<\/li>\n<li>Having trouble making the perfect toasted sandwich? Place two pieces of bread in a single toaster slot and it will make the bread toasty on the outside and soft on the inside.<\/li>\n<li>Having a hard time keeping leftover salad fresh? Sprinkle some salt throughout the pan to prevent splattering.<\/li>\n<li>Does cutting onions get you all worked up? Get rid of tears by rubbing canola\/olive oil on knives before cutting to prevent tearing up.<\/li>\n<li>Ice Cream Life Hacks: It&#8217;s a hard knock life when it comes to storing ice cream.
