What are you going to be doing this Easter weekend? There\u2019s more to the holiday than just painting eggs and eating chocolate bunnies! Check out some of my favorite things to do for Easter weekend in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Easter Weekend: Dining Out<\/h2>\n

Going out for a traditional Easter brunch? Try eating out at some of these superb restaurants and eateries! The Blue Jam Caf\u00e9<\/a> has amazing vegetarian options, and is one of my favorite spots for French toast. Looking for something a bit more traditional, or a bit more international? Try brunching at The Pikey<\/a>! This traditional English pub is in Los Angeles, and serves up an Easter brunch in true English fashion. If you have a bit more time on your hands this Easter weekend, try cooking brunch yourself! My personal favorite recipes are this tofu quiche with broccoli<\/a> and a side of German potato pancakes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Easter Weekend: Communing with Nature<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re eager to get some sweet pictures of your little one with some adorable little bunny rabbits, try going to the LA Zoo! Big Bunny\u2019s Spring Fling<\/a> offers you a chance to let your kiddo pet bunnies, get their face painted and learn about different animals. If you are looking for something a little bit more laid back, then you can go to the Descanso Gardens<\/a> for a leisurely stroll through the flowers. Oh, and you get to eat some food while you\u2019re there, too.<\/p>\n\n\n

Easter Weekend: Family Fun<\/h2>\n

There\u2019s nothing better than going on an egg hunt on Easter weekend! Although egg hunts are usually reserved for the young\u2019uns in the family, the Easter Hoppening<\/a>\u00a0is for all ages! Admission for the event is free, and there are lots of different food options once you get in. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to bring your own basket. You can also go to Grand Hope Park in Downtown Los Angeles for the annual EasterFest<\/a>. Parking is free on Sundays, and there are tons of fun things for kids to do. From bouncy houses to arts and crafts, your child is sure to have the time of his or her young life.<\/p>\n
