It\u2019s a day where women are reminded about the importance of getting a checkup and other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.womenshealth.gov\/nwhw\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\">health\/fitness<\/a> related topics. They have weights, StairMasters, and elliptical machines to name a few. If you\u2019re the type of person that doesn\u2019t like to use the machines to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/2012\/keep-it-moving-in-la\/\">workout<\/a>, don\u2019t worry there\u2019s another option that can give you similar results. You can simply start working out at your<a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/2013\/ways-to-keep-moving\/\"> house<\/a> saving you lots of money. You can do your own <a href=\"http:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/tags\/home-workouts\" target=\"_blank\">workouts<\/a> such as Pilates straight from your home. Find a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.popsugar.com\/Fitness-Video\" target=\"_blank\">fitness video<\/a> that works for you on YouTube and get moving.  If you need to buy weights and some basic gym equipment, you can check out your local <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/2015\/thrift-store-101\/\">thrift store<\/a>. Sometimes people will donate their old stuff because they\u2019re moving or are upgrading their home gym.  Regardless of the reasons, workout and feel great! For some reason, fruits and vegetables have been associated with not tasting good. They can be eaten in lots of different ways from raw to steamed and even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/2014\/summer-bbq-recipes-2\/\">grilled<\/a>. Regardless of how you eat them, make sure you have your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/2014\/vegetarian-fall-recipes\/\">daily servings<\/a> of fruits and veggies.
