Did you know that many kids go hungry during the summer months? \u00a0School is out and they loose access to daily school-sponsored meals. <\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past five years, we at <\/span>NorthStar Moving & Storage Company<\/span><\/a> have collected over 32,936 pounds of food (equaling approximately 27,000 meals) through our food drives. This year, we are asking for your crucial assistance with our <\/span>Let’s Send Hunger Packing food drive<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

We are so thankful to <\/span>KTLA5<\/span><\/a> TV network for putting a spotlight on our food drive and the great need for food and monetary donations now while school is out. We are also immensely grateful for the nonprofit organizations <\/span>Move For Hunger<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Los Angeles Regional Food Bank<\/span><\/a> that both work tirelessly to feed the hungry. They are our inspiration.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Soup_LOVE\"Load up on these food drive facts:<\/h3>\n

\u2022 1 out of 4 children in Los Angeles County will go to bed hungry.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0For every $1 donated, food banks can distribute $5 worth of food.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0It only takes $5 to feed a child for a day.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Donations to the food drive can be made through July 31st, 2018<\/b>. There are several opportunities to make a moving difference:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n
