It\u2019s time to trade those dancing shoes for running shoes!!! I had so much fun at our Flash Mob Dance in Santa Monica. I was so excited to see so many friends showing off their dance moves and showing their support for Claire\u2019s Place Foundation<\/a>. It was an amazing event and a great start to the summer. Thanks again to everyone involved. Now that we accomplished our first successful Flashmob, it’s time for our next event!<\/p>\n

Now it\u2019s time for Claire\u2019s Place Foundation\u2019s second fundraising event! What better way to have fun and show our support than getting together for fun, sun, Fourth of July, and running? That\u2019s right we are inviting everyone to join \u201cTeam Claire\u201d and run at the 5k\/10k Will Rogers Pacific Palisades run on 4th<\/sup> of July! And this year there will be a FREE Yoga\/Run clinic<\/a> offered to ANYONE participating in the annual 5k\/10k run. Yay!!! I\u2019m totally looking forward to that.<\/p>\n

This event will be a blast! I am so hyped for this run and hope you can join our group of runners for “Team Claire ~\u00a0Supporting Families Living with Cystic Fibrosis.” This year, the Will Rogers 10k will\u00a0honor the Men and Women of the Parks\u00a0and Recreation Department.\u00a0You can help support both great causes and join our team by either running with our team or making a donation to sponsor our team. You know that every bit of support counts. \u00a0This event is for the whole family, kids and adults can run and show their support by wearing our Team Claire matching shirts.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s really easy to show your support, here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n

You will find all the details you need on this Facebook Event page:\u00a0Will Rogers 4th of July 5k\/10k Run fundraiser for CPF Event Page<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Register as a runner through the Will Rogers 5k\/10k site<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Ask friends and family to sponsor you to do the run for Claire’s Place Foundation\u00a0by sending them our Facebook Event link.\u00a0 When they sponsor you, the money will go directly to Claire’s Place Foundation through the Claire’s Place Foundation fundraiser App<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Send us an email to melissa@clairesplacefoundation.org<\/strong><\/a> to let us know your participating and we can get you a shirt in your size for TEAM CLAIRE!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
