\"\"That\u2019s right we are doing it again! I am so excited to do our flash mob again because it was so much fun and this time it will be filmed for National TV!\u00a0Can you believe it? Our first Flash mob in May got so much attention that some National TV Producers called and asked if we thought we could do it again for their TV Show. \u00a0Of course we can!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s actually very cool, because it will be filmed for a new show called “Every Day Health Heroes” that recognizes people\u00a0doing great things\u00a0for others in the health area and it will air in the Fall on ABC. It’s hosted by Laila Ali, Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca and\u00a0I will be featured along with Claire’s Place Foundation<\/a> in a show about Cystic Fibrosis. It is a huge honor and will help us forward our mission of bringing hope and inspiration to people and families living with cystic fibrosis. It\u2019s thanks to all of your support, time and love that we have come this far so I invite you to join us again to make this dream even bigger!<\/p>\n

Look how much fun we had the first time! let’s do it again!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Before you get nervous about shaking your groove thing on national TV, here are three important things you should know:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. What is a flash mob?<\/strong>\u00a0A flash mob dance is a new and exciting way to raise awareness and funds for a cause by unexpectedly showing up as a group and performing a dance in a public venue.\u00a0The goal of a flash mob video is to acquire thousands of \u201chits\u201d on line, thereby getting our name and our cause out to the public. Each participant will represent a donation made to our charity as well!<\/li>\n
  2. How do I learn the dance?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Watch the instructional video<\/a>\u00a0and learn the steps.\u00a0\u00a0We will also be hosting\u00a0a rehearsal prior to the event as well as a final rehearsal on the day of the event. You will get the rehearsal information via email shortly.\u00a0\u00a0No need to be a professional dancer!\u00a0\u00a0Everyone is welcome to register and come dance with us! This is about raising awareness and having a good time for a good cause! It is the same dance we did in MAY so get that memory crackin’ and gather your friends and practice. It is sooooo fun!<\/li>\n
  3. What about people that are out of the area but want to support our event?\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0A great way to show support would be to\u00a0choose the ticket type “Donation only – will not be dancing” and make a donation to our foundation right away! Any and all donations help. Also help by spreading the word, tweet, facebook<\/a>, and yell it from the roof tops please.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
