I know I am! Family, friends and lots of food make this time of the year special. But what if you had nothing to put on your table this holiday season? It\u2019s hard to imagine, but those struggling to find their next meal aren&#8217;t just the homeless people on the street anymore, in these difficult times, millions of everyday people are struggling to feed their families.<!--more--> According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/moveforhunger\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Move for Hunger<\/a>, \u201c50 million Americans struggle to find their next meal.\u201d Did you know that even in our very own backyard&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More than 1.7 Million people in Los Angeles County are at risk of hunger everyday!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>400,000 of those are children<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>For every $1 donated, food banks can distribute $5 worth of food<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>It only takes $5 to feed a child for a day<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After speaking with our friends at <a href=\"http:\/\/moveforhunger.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Move for Hunger<\/a>, all of us here at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NorthStarMoving\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NorthStar Moving<\/a> wanted to do something special to help our Los Angeles community this holiday season. Along with Move for Hunger and with the help of the \u201cextraordinary food store,\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bristolfarmsfood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bristol Farms<\/a>, we have organized a holiday food drive. From <strong>November 28th-December 16th<\/strong> you can make your donation at one of the participating local <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bristolfarms.com\/locations.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bristol Farms <\/a>near you (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Bristol-Farms-Hollywood\/118981611487584?sk=info\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hollywood<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Bristol-Farms-Beverly-West\/152241841457937?sk=info\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beverly West<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Bristol-Farms-Westwood\/137804959594902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Westwood<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/losangeles.citysearch.com\/profile\/12033492\/manhattan_beach_ca\/bristol_farms.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manhattan Beach<\/a>, see map for locations) or our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/northstar-moving-company-los-angeles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NorthStar Moving<\/a> headquarters. Every little donation helps. To give you some ideas, Move for Hunger and the Los Angeles Food Bank have created a \u201cMost Wanted\u201d food item list.
