It\u2019s Snap Greene here again your trusty eco-loving-moving expert! I wanted to be able to share some moving tips with you guys before your big move! Also, speaking of moving, I am in the process of moving to another cardboard house near Long Beach so I can be close to the Children\u2019s Hospital. Zippy and Sparkle also helped create some of these moving tips as well. On our last move, zippy, sparkle and I had so much fun moving with NorthStar Moving because moving<!--more--> was a snap!<\/p>\n<p>Now that I am an expert in moving! I am going to share my moving tips with you guys!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Moving Tip #1 Packing your books and documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always use a book box<\/li>\n<li>Always pack from heaviest book to lightest<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you tape the bottom and top correctly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Moving Tip # 2 Make moving fun!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Make a playlist with your favorite tunes<\/li>\n<li>Camp out in the living room before all your things arrive<\/li>\n<li>Think of moving as an adventure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Moving Tip # 3 What to eat on moving day<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eat healthier more nutritional foods for breakfast such as, whole grain cereal or steel cut oatmeal<\/li>\n<li>Balance your day out with healthy snacks such as fruits, nuts and yogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you drink plenty of water during your move<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9445\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9445\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/cuttlefish\/3962260997\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/cuttlefish\/3962260997\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9445 \" title=\"3962260997_48bef73607\" src=\"https:\/\/www.northstarmoving.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/3962260997_48bef73607-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9445\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Make sure you pack correctly! (photo by cuttlefish)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Moving Tip # 4 How to correctly tape a box<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invest in a tape dispenser that has a handle<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you use less tape when packing boxes<\/li>\n<li>Be sure you are packing on a flat surface<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I also created a video on my update about my move and I also came up with more moving tips that will help organize you during your big move!
