Your team of wonderful men knocked on our door bright and early, and they were energetic and eager to start working. They were fast, hard working and very professional. All four men divided and conquered different areas of the house to pack all our items with great care and concern. As you both know, we had many very fragile Art sculptures and heavy paintings that are cumbersome and large scale and they took the extra time to be sure all our Art was packed securely and labeled as such. Really, these men were terrific! Gadi, you are a fantastic representative of NorthStar. From the minute we met you, we liked you. You exude sincerity and warmth and have great confidence in your Company. You made a daunting project seem easy. You walked us through the entire process from beginning to finish and gave us timeline updates while the truck was in transit. We really appreciated that. Our shipment arrived in a timely fashion and Ram made
sure everything was unpacked as carefully as it was packed. Ram also
stayed in constant contact once our shipment was in New York. Everyone at NorthStar was friendly, competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I was kind of nervous about moving all my stuff into storage, but Gadi was so understanding and really helped me to feel comfortable with it all. I felt like the whole NorthStar team took extra special care of me.

I have had the pleasure of moving with Gadi and the NorthStar team 3 times in the last 6 years, and I believe it is true what they say, “Three times is a charm”.
This particular move was a bit more challenging for me, as we were moving two separate households and combining them into one home. I was particularly stressed out with the timing of the two moves as well as the reconstruction that is currently taking place in the new property.

It is my mother’s name, MADELINE H. PALMER, that appears on your documents (Ref. # 111172) but it was I with whom you created miracles during our ordeal. It’s been quite a year, and, when an adult daughter is moving an “eighty something” Mother from one Coast to another, it is always stressful. In our particular case, this move was fraught with complications involving my Mother sustaining an injury two weeks before our loading date.

I am writing this letter to tell you what an excellent job your company did in moving my son’s belongings from California to Illinois. The move took place on Sept. 26th from Hollywood and arrived safely to Prospect, IL several days later. EVERYTHING and I mean everything was executed as promised. First of all, Miral was excellent in mapping out the entire experience from the confirming the day before the move to the last item delivered by Moishe’s. It is so refreshing to know that there are still companies in America that are hard working and have integrity and deliver service as promised. I admit, I was not familiar with your company and was a little skeptical about using your services but I am so glad I went with my gut feeling after I had spoken to Miral. She was so professional, yet friendly and so very informative and helpful. There was not a question asked that she could not answer.
On the other hand, ALL the movers including the supervisors were all so courteous, helpful and hard working as well. They really went above and beyond what they needed to do. There was not one thing that arrived damaged and we are so very grateful for the entire experience. Please do not hesitate to use me as a recommendation, should you ever need one. Keep up the great job, and please give everyone involved a huge pat on the back. They are all very deserving of it.
In July of 2005, we searched high and low for a trustworthy company to move the owners in and out of a house we rented for our television reality show titled “7 Lives Xposed”.
