As per our telephone conversation of February 2, 2002, I am e-mailing this for your employees file, concerning our move on February 1, 2002 from San Jose to Sonora.
First off, your salesman, Ted Tindal was not only very professional; but at the same time very comforting to me at a time that was so very stressful. At our age, my husband and myself was not looking forward to moving.
Ted helped me with all my questions and concerns without pushing me to choose your firm. I do not like to be pushed into a decision and Ted gave me the right questions to ask when I called other moving companies. So, Ted was the real reason I initially chose North Star, the other companies were too pushy and did not fully explain their prices.
Now we get to your employee, Roy Ashual. We could not believe how efficient, organized and what a hard worker he was on our moving day! As soon as he showed up, he made us feel so at ease with this move. I was actually getting tired watching him work so hard. After we were moved in that evening, I cooked supper for the 2 young men, nothing fancy, but I wanted to show my appreciation.
Ram, you truly have jewels working for you, please forward copies of this e-mail to their personnel files and please praise them for me and my husband.

My first experience working with Gadi was when he moved my 15 employees and 20 years of accumulated office “stuff” to our new location in Studio City California. When I first contacted Mr. Avigzer I wasn’t sure about my plans and the move was rather complicated. I was sending some furniture to relatives in the Midwest, and planning to store the rest of my belongings for an unspecified period of time.
Only a few days before the second half of the move, I changed my plans and told Gadi that I was taking an apartment in the area and needed to move in at the end of June, requiring storage of my belongings for just a two week period. I wanted to thank your group for a fabulous job. We hired you on May 4th to move us out of two storage units and where we were staying to our new home in Patterson. I had gone through surgery on the 2nd and was in no condition to move around a lot. The team that you sent us was great. I slept in while my husband met them at the first pick-up point. Then they came to the 2nd and that is where I met them. They fit almost everything into the truck (minus three chairs and some plants). Just no space left. When we arrived at the new house they found something for me to sit on and I sat in one place in the garage telling them which room the items went. They were great. They had wonderful personalities, I have never had so much fun moving (even if I was in some pain). Thank you again for the great team and customer service. I moved out of my house in Los Angeles on Dec. 17th and moved into my new house in Palm Desert on February 1st. On both ends of the move, the guys were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. They were wonderful to work with. And there were no problems at all with the storage.

Last summer your company moved furniture and personal belongings of my wife, Eileen N. Herzog, from our former residence which was located at 104 Skipjack Lane, Foster City, CA 94404. For several months you stored her goods and then you sent them to her in Seaford, East Sussex, England. I am writing to report that her goods arrived in good order, and within a reasonable time. She has asked that I convey to you that she is highly pleased with your services. In particular, she was gratified by the patient, helpful, and informative work done by a man named Rom, (last name unknown).
I am now winding down my career, and shall retire in two months. At present, all my furniture and goods are in storage in Foster City. However, upon retirement I will move myself and my goods to England, to rejoin my wife. I, too, had occasion to speak to Rom a number of times, and I heartily concur in my wife’s view that he’s tops. Thus-you may be sure that when I move I shall be in touch to see if we can work out a transaction.
