I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to you and your team at North Star! I recently was moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco at the recommendation of Jeanmarie Smith. She had told me that I would receive excellent service, but that is an understatement.
My experience began with you and our discussion on the phone. You were extremely courteous, and explained the steps you would take to evaluate and quote a price for my move. A date was set and Mr. Gadi Avigzer was assigned to the meeting. Mr. Avigzer was not only thorough, I found him to be kind, courteous and sensitive to my concerns. Moving is never an easy process but Gadi assured me that I would have a smile on my face the day I was moved out of my home in L.A. and also on the day I was moved into my home in S.F. He was right!
I must tell you that I, of course, I received other quotes. Although yours was higher by almost $1000.00, you were also going to provide a service level that warranted the extra cost. I chose your company not only because of the superior customer service, but also because of the way that you would pack and handle the contents.
My situation was unique for me. I was moving a fully furnished two-bedroom home into a fully furnished two-bedroom home. My husband and i have had separate residences and so we not only were going to have your team move our contents into the house, but also assist us with moving some contents from the SF home into our basement.
Your packing team was also very efficient and kind. Their care with my contents and with me was exceptional. The loading and unloading appeared to be seamless despite the great number of stairs that they had to navigate.
I know that this is probably an every day story for you. I, on the other hand, was new to the moving game, and had very specific expectations and requirements. Gadi and your moving team made the experience very positive.
I am now settled in my new home and want to thank all of you at North Star for making my move successful and painless!

Roy, Eyal, Yaniv of Northstar worked through most of the night in helping me pack up my apartment and move to the new one in San Francisco. They moved my many belongings down small hallways and then back up several flights of stairs with a smile. I was their second move of the day, and after working for 15 hours straight they were off to yet another move after mine.

On Saturday December 2nd, I moved from a fairly large size house to a much smaller condo. I was concerned about being able to fit certain items into the new place especially since the stairways are fairly narrow. I employed your service to help with the move and you sent Justin and another young man for the job. I want to let you know wast an excellent job they did. With Justin’s leadership they wrapped all of my furniture so there was no way it could be damaged and they loaded the truck in a very professional manner. When we arrives at the condo they unloaded everything and made everything fit through the narrow doorways and stairways. This even involved lifting a big screen TV over a five foot block wall. I am convinced that t they could fit an elephant through an eye of a needle. The best part of all of this is that they remained friendly and fun to be with through the entire day.
I truly believe that these two men are a credit and an asset to your company. I wanted to share this with you because I do believe that they should be acknowledged for the good job they did.

It is with much affirmation that I praise your employee, Gadi Avigzer, the Relocation Specialist that you sent to represent your company regarding my move from Altadena, California to Ramsey, New Jersey.
Having to work alone on this project, as I am a recent widow I had many emotional and critical decisions to make this move go smoothly and in a cost effective manner. I met with three different companies, yours being one of the three. It was actually the kindness and helpfulness of Gadi that made me decide to go with North Star. Gadi took the time and exhibited so much patience as he explained the process and answered every one of my questions. He made feel like his own treasured grandma as he worked with me on and every concern. Your price was not the deciding factor in my choice of you; rather it was the character and integrity of your employee, Gadi. I thought that if your other employees were even half as supportive and kind as he, that the move and I would be in good hands.
Gadi checked in with me a number of times after I made my decision to move with you, and always responded quickly to any phone message I left with him. He never made me feel my questions were a waste of time, and even when I needed things explained a second or a third time, he stayed cheerful and patient He even came over on the day of the move to make sure everything was going along O.K.

I had the great the fortune of becoming reacquainted with an old friend of mine, Joe Isaacs, which allowed me to be turned on to the services of Northstar Moving Co. I was interviewing a number of moving companies, but based on my knowledge and respect for Joe as person and friend I chose Northstar.
The three movers on the Northstar crew (crew chief Omri, Jose and Doron) arrived in a timely fashion and proceeded to work diligently throughout the day at my house. they were kind, smart, motivated, and my neighbors and I enjoyed them there. I also thought they took great care and pride in proving me excellent moving services.
Coincidentally, a good friend is moving his home from Brentwood to Santa Monica and happened to ask me if I could refer him to a moving company. I immediately suggested Northstar based on my positive experience with Joe, the moving crew and the entire moving experience.

This letter comes in praise of your crew, who moved a partial load of household goods for us from Mission Hills to Agoura Hills on August 14, 2000.
Your men were prompt, courteous, and careful, and they were remarkably efficient. Our load included a piano which had to be moved up into the second-floor living area of our home — your team planned carefully and executed the lift with remarkable strength and care. We have just now completed unpacking, and we have detected no damage to any of our goods!
We completed the first phase of this move a few weeks ago, with another mover. That move was with an undersized truck and inadequate provisioning, and it cost nearly double the estimate. This previous disastrous experience helped us to appreciate the quality of the service we received from Northstar.

The movers came exactly when promised, delivered all of our belongings on the extent date that we wanted, and did an excellent job.
Both Gonen Sclomo and Yoni Simoons were every efficient, friendly, and professional. Indeed, they went the extra mile to make sure that all of our belongings were packed carefully and efficiently. when it appeared that there was too much “stuff” for them to handle alone, they quickly called for extra help. Indeed, the whole Northstar team, with you as the point person gave us excellent service at very reasonable rates.
