Hi again! So let me tell you about my upcoming fundraiser “A Day at the Beach.” It’s Feb 11th and it’s going to be at… oh wait can’t say that part! (secret location, you have to register to find out) but i can say it’s at the beach! We will be hanging out with Joe Manganiello (the werewolf from TrueBLood), Chad Lowe, Whole Foods bringing some food and snacks, Lion Heart fitness kids will be doing some great fitness activities for kids and Jeff Blair will be doing a fitness boot camp for kids, live music, it will be awesome and so fun!
The event is made possible by my mother of course, couldn’t do it without her, NorthStar Moving and many other amazing sponsors. As you know Claire’s Place Foundation started a year ago, and it’s meant to help families with children with Cystic Fibrosis, providing support needed from diagnosis all the way to the kids going off to college. We have so many plans for the foundation but right now we are focusing on fundraising and this is our big kick off!

Every bit helps! Soon you will find lots of great info at the Claire’s Place Foundation Website, it’s coming soon, also here in my Corner, my Facebook page, Youtube, Twitter, stay up to date and find ways you can get involved. Anyone who can’t make it to this event, we understand and appreciate any donation you can make, you can go to the same site for the even registration and make a donation. Anything you can give is totally fine, and we are always looking for volunteers to help out. Anyone with CF or if you know someone with CF you are always welcome to our site and please be sure share info you find with families or anyone in your community with CF.
