Moving to West Los Angeles (known as the westside or West LA to Los Angelenos) is a great idea! With a great commerical center, awesome schools, and lots of low-rise apartments full of families, you’re bound to have a lot of fun in West Los Angeles. Bordered by such awesome cities like Westwood, Santa Monica, and Brentwood, even if you’re not moving, get moving to West LA to have an exciting  and awesome adventure!

Moving and living in West LA means having a plethora of museums to visit! From art museums to cultural museums, there’s never  a lack of things to see with new exhibits coming in every season. Feel like checking out some amazing masterpieces, head over to LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum or Art.) Outdoor Fun

Moving to West LA means moving to a breezier part of Los Angeles, and embracing your inner beach goer. Head over to the nearby Santa Monica Pier for some late night fun or go to the Venice Beach Boardwalk known for their interesting shops and even more interesting people.

Once you’re moving to West LA, you’ll find there’s also an amazing park and recreation center. There are lighted courts to play basketball and soccer in, barbeque pits and picnic tables, and more. They even hold an Annual Cherry Blossom Festival sponsored by the West Los Angeles Japanese American Community Center. Don’t miss out, get moving to West LA right now!

Shopping

Shop til you drop when you’re moving to West LA. Head on over to the Westside Pavillion, West LAs’s signature mall. Something unique about the Westside Pavillion is the super cool architecture with its tubular structure and split elevators and stairs. (Not to mention, the Westwood Village is a hop and a skip away.) It’s something to get familiar with, once you’re moving to West LA.
