NorthStar Moving has also joined the collaborative Open to All coalition as an inclusive business that has pledged to reject discrimination, promote acceptance, and interact respectfully with all people, on equal terms.
Supporting our Community.
We volunteer our services for charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish Greater LA, Shane’s Inspiration and the Women in Green Forum. By donating moving services and assisting with set-up services at their events we support these organizations. We’ve also partnered with many other community-focused charities and organizations including Move For Hunger, Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Miry’s List to make it easier for all of us to give back to our local communities and protect our planet.
And as an award-winning green moving company (our green practices were even written about in college textbooks) – we use eco-bubble, moving boxes made of 100% recyclable materials, offer box recycling incentives, and converted our moving trucks to run on Biodiesel.
