Los Angeles is known for having lots to do. When most people think of LA they think of huge shopping centers, celebrities, beaches etc. In reality LA is so much more than that; something that it’s less well known for are its bike trails. LA is full of varying landscapes and is the perfect place to explore with your bike. See the city from a different point of view. Ditch the car and ride a bike!

Tired of driving all the time? Maybe the bus isn’t for you. Try out one of these bike trails. One of LA’s little known wonders are all of its amazing bike trials. The city has trails passing through everywhere from the valley to the hills to the beaches. You could save some green and go green and explore all of LA county on your bike!

For those of you that like adventure but need a little more structure, there are plenty of guided tours that take you around various parts of Los Angeles. Join a Cycling Club!

You don’t have explore LA on your own. You can join a cycling club or better yet grab a few friends and start your own! Cycling clubs are great for those of you who want to explore, but don’t want to do it all by yourself. Riding through the bike trails is also a great way to catch up with friends while staying active. Just as all bike clubs aren’t the same, all cycling clubs aren’t the same either. Bike clubs cater to your preferences; you can join one specifically for road bikes or for mountain bikes.
