As a condition of California Moving & Storage Association (CMSA) membership, each mover member must be licensed and agree to abide by the California Moving & Storage Association Code of Ethics promising to provide California moving consumers honest, legal, and efficient service.
NorthStar Moving Company was recognized for our outstanding relationship with the California Apartment Association of Los Angeles. We were nominated for the Signature Award for Industry Partner of the Year in 2016.
After making the BBB Honor Roll again in 2012, NorthStar Moving Company was recognized for having an outstanding record with the BBB for over ten years!
Since 2000, NorthStar Moving Company has held the highest possible rating from the BBB. In 2011, we were entered into the Hall of Fame for not having any outstanding complaints for three years.
NorthStar Moving Company was a finalist for the Los Angeles Organizing Award for “Best Service Provider to the Organizing Industry” in 2011. This award presented by the National Organization of Professional Organizers Los Angeles honors companies that provide top quality service and support to organizing businesses.
In 2007, NorthStar Moving Company was honored to be voted “Best Mover” by Citysearch.com users. The voting for a “Best Mover” category has not been held again.
Since 2000, NorthStar Moving Company has held the highest possible rating from the BBB.
The American Moving and Storage Association has deemed NorthStar Moving Company a “Pro Mover.” The ProMover Program takes the worry and the hassle out of moving, by helping consumers identify quality professional movers who subscribe to AMSA’s goals, and gives consumers an easy way to separate reputable and professional movers from con artists. This recognition has been ongoing since 2006.
