Awesome experience with these movers! They were very punctual and communicative about time and move from the get go. They wrapped and taped everything protecting all my new furniture and delivered everything in a timely manner. Everyone was professional and very nice and i great appreciate their car for my belongings. I would definitely use North Star again for my next local move. Key note: be sure to ask all questions so you’re informed, they are honest and nice 🙂

Timely, efficient, and professional. Appreciate how on time they were this morning. Efficient on how to tape up my belongings and protect it. And, they are professional! What else can I ask for… I know that I’m not leaving my residence for awhile, but I know I would eventually. So, I would definitely use them again! Thank you for everything! Excellent service. Very prompt and professional. We had a water emergency in the building I manage and NorthStar was able to take care of my tenant’s unexpected move with very little advanced notice. Thanks to them, what would’ve otherwise been a very stressful experience, was handled flawlessly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Northstar was great. We were feeling stressed and under prepared for our move from the mission to Noe valley. They arrived right when they said they would, came in and immediately got to work. They packed everything carefully, loaded things logically, and in about two hours had taken apart furniture, packed, and loaded the entire contents of my two bedroom apartment. A quick trip later, they had things unpacked and reassembled in the new place, with no damage to the house or the possessions. Friendly, direct, and courteous the entire time, they made a stressful day much easier. Would definitely recommend.
I move a lot. A LOT (thanks Bay Area high prices and low quality rentals!). This last move though, I was basically a trash fire. I was sick, unprepared, and strapped for time, and my apartment (which I normally like have to have packed and ready to go for movers) was a chaotic nightmare hellscape. Thank you to Jessie, Carlos, and Will for getting me and my husband through it (and for not throttling him even though I offered when he was being particularly annoying, lol). They were friendly, fast, and had an unending amount of patience even though I’m sure it was a much longer day and a much bigger job than they anticipated.

The convenience of hiring movers, to me, at this point in my life is invaluable (but, like everything else in this world, obviously there’s a price attached, lol)
Pricing I’ve found to be lower than most other movers I’ve looked into here on Yelp (I check each time, because you never know what happens in a year or two), and sales reps aren’t pushy like I’ve experienced when I’ve contacted some other companies.

They are super efficient, quick and amazing! Came on time, all of our stuff came perfect and most importantly they move efficiently , no time wasted! They’re very friendly and the service is reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again if I have to move again and definitely recommend to others!
David and his crew were early which worked out GREAT and busted their ass moving our apartment and storage unit into the new house. Very clean, courteous, and hard working. BEST prices in town and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I ever move again. Thanks guys for the hard work!!
