I used Northstar moving company for my move from Japantown to Hayes Valley in San Francisco. I had to move my 1bedroom apartment with bedroom, livingroom and kitchen items.
Andres, Jose, and Noe came to help me with my move. They were very efficient. Arrived on time. They packed all breakable stuff with bubble wraps.
The unloading process was faster than the loading process. They were in and out in no time!

All around great service. Quick response to the quote request. Josue, Luis, and Joe all arrived on time, worked quickly throughout the move, and handled everything with care. Would hire them again should we ever need to move again in the future.
I was very pleased with my move. My furniture was going into storage and I was impressed with how thoroughly protected everything was. Junior, William and Renaldo were very efficient and professional.

Karan, Emmanuel, and Brandon made my move so simple and worry free. They shrink wrapped everything and were careful not to ding any of my pieces of furniture or walls. NorthStar Movers were extremely helpful with my move. I called to book and the person on the line was extremely helpful and able to answer all my question. The day of the move Andres called giving me an estimated time of arrival, and Andres, Jose, and Jair showed up on time and ready to work. They carefully wrapped all my items and took great care while moving them down the stairs. When we arrived at the destination they worked carefully and efficiently to put all my furniture back together. Having NorthStar movers was a great help and I will definitely be using them for future moves!
For the second time in two years we are impressed with Northstar movers. They are timely, efficient, and best of all so nice. Pablo, Cesar and Brandon were very communicative and listened to all of our instructions. They were honest with us about challenges with our move and things were adjusted to make things as easy as possible. I used them for my move from Woodland Hills to Beverly Hills and was very happy with the service. Last time I moved I hired day laborers from Home Depot. I’m so glad I went with Northstar instead this time. Lesson learned, don’t try to cut corners with movers. Hire the professionals.
