North Star Moving is a great company. I was referred to it by my best friend. The moving guys showed up on time and you could see from the first moment that they were true professionals. They took great care of our items with a wonderful attitude. This is the best moving experience I’ve had.

NorthStar Moving came today bright and early, were super efficient and friendly, and got the job done. No damages to any items, and got me moved safely. Really appreciate everything that they did, and I highly recommend them to anyone! Good conversation, and they wrapped everything to avoid damage. Once at the new apartment, they also helped with adding felt covers to the legs of my furniture so that it wouldn’t damage the floor. Super upbeat and dedicated movers, thanks again guys, really appreciate it! 5 stars all the way.
Great service. The guys worked quickly and efficiently, and were always pleasant and polite. Due to a misunderstanding, we arrived half an hour before my storage company opened, and they were very understanding and waited with me for it to open. Even with the delay, we still got the job done in the three hour minimum! I would definitely recommend them to my family or friends who needed a moving service.
Incredible moving company. I have used them every single time I move and they are efficient courteous and quick. They have never faltered. I first saw their name in a hoarding show and although I am not a hoarder I knew to use them. Their ratings are high because they are high quality. Fair and reasonable. They do the best for they customers as their philosophy is to create repeat customer base. I love them and will never use anyone else.
The guys that moved me were fantastic! They arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They immediately started working. My furniture was wrapped without me asking. The were very careful with everything. I had some really heavy items and they never complained. Some of my furniture needed to be disassembled and they did it very quickly. When we got to the new location, again they worked very quickly. All the while being very careful. This was a great moving experience. I would use them again. I am a very happy cust
Given our great experience seven years ago, we signed Northstar up to move us again this year, this time across town. As before, they did great work, and were prompt, courteous and professional.
We had one minor hiccup; a piece of our fridge broke during the move. But after I ordered the replacement part, I called Northstar, and they said they’d send a reimbursement check out for the full amount within 24 hours. I very much appreciated that.
Having had two great experiences with these folks – both with the telephone reps and the movers themselves – I’m happy to reiterate my recommendation for NorthStar.

These guys are the best. Even my neighbors were impressed by their quality of work (Packin/Loading/ arranging and caring).
We relocated to Dallas from San Diego and the move was extremely easy because of Northstar moving. They delivered within a week.
We started working with Michelle over the phone and she was very nice to explain everything (Yes… we made about 15 phone calls within 2 hours for 15 different types of questions).
Junior and Crew showed up on time and immediately realized that they need another truck. Northstar sent another one within few hours.
Highly experienced, knowledgeable and honest crew. We didn’t have to guide them for anything. They packed everything with proper care and detail attention. 3200 sqft of living space was packed and ready for loading by evening.
Within 4 days, they confirmed for delivery. Again, the delivery crew was excellent.
9,000 lbs of items traveled 1300 miles and only a nightstand was side damaged (Which is minor for a long distance move). One of headboard frame was dislocated but Eric was able to fix it quickly).

Moved from downtown to one of the beach cities. Great service. Received a phone call a few days prior verifying my information then got a call when the movers were an hr ourt. Professional and friendly group of guys! Move was easy, seamless, and customer friendly. Definitely recommend anyone who want a friendly, simple, and professional moving experience to try this company. I’ve moved literally over a dozen times in 10 years and these guys were among the best.
My wife and I bought our first condo and we’re moving from the west tower to the east tower at 1 Daniel Burnham Court. We called East Star and couldn’t be happier with the work that Roger, Don, and Jesus put forth. They were very professional and took great care of all of our stuff. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone that is thinking about using a moving company to help with the transition into a new home. They even helped unpack and set up the furniture just as it was in the last condo we were renting. They made a stressful situation into a seamless relocation. 5 stars!!
