The move itself was fast, the movers – Luis R and his crew – efficient and pleasant, and they even helped me hoist my unwieldy couch over a balcony, something unanticipated that they handled with professionalism and aplomb. The reservation process was equally simple. Beatrice was polite and answered all of my questions.
