Louis, George, Leeca performed efficiently loading my trailer for a move to Texas. I had a time limit of 3 hours and the move was complete less than that. Way to go team. Thank you for loading. Now we are off to unload. Wish North Star was in Texas. Also the team and team leader Louis were polite and exhibit good costumer service. 5 stars from me. Because I couldn’t have done it with them.
Had a really good experience with Northstar moving my mother from Southern California to Northern California last week. Kevin R, Jose G, and Irvin U were great to work with, very thorough and organized, and extremely polite. They arrived exactly when they said they would, packed everything very neatly and labeled all the boxes accurately. Kevin was great communicating next steps and kept in touch with me so I knew exactly when they were going to arrive and was very patient in setting the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Everything was so well packed, not a single thing was broken or scratched or in any way damaged, and this move included a number of pieces of artwork and ceramics. Could not be happier with this experience. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely floored by how great these movers were. Our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, which was definitely a challenge — however, the NorthStar team executed everything FLAWLESSLY and nothing was broken! Several neighbors recommended NorthStar. After a getting a couple estimates, I selected NorthStar for my move from LA to San Diego. Ron was responsive to my calls, friendly and quickly returned a reasonable estimate which was the final price. On move day, William and his crew showed up on time, quickly and carefully loaded the truck and even went the xtra mile and repaired a piece of furniture for me. They were accommodating in making 2 stops to deliver to storage and home. I was extremely happy with my choice in selecting them and would definitely use them again. Recommend!
We moved across town with NorthStar Moving, and they were very professional and punctual.
Lotem explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions, and the moving team were very nice.
I requested they would re-assemble our dining table as it was wobbly, and they did exactly as I explained – no questions asked and no trying to explain to me that this is the way the table is. They were fast and great.
There was a small issue that turned out to be not an issue (we made a mistake), but Wendy at customer service was great and prompt with responses.

NorthStar is by far the best moving company in Los Angeles and the only one I’ll ever use again.
I used them in 2016, 2018, 2020 and today (2023) was my fourth time with them. It was the best experience yet!
SHOUT OUT TO Santos Milton and Albert . They have taken incredible care of me today and yesterday! They worked incredibly hard and quickly and never once complained. They arrived promptly, communicated well, took care of all my belongings and treated me with kindness and respect. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that they did EVERYTHING. They packed for me before the move then at the new residence unpacked and even disposed of all the trash and cardboard. I had to pay extra for the moving materials, but was happy to hear that of purchased/rented through NorthStar they will recycle and reuse moving boxes. I hate wasting brand new boxes.
They are reasonably priced given the quality of service, but I’ll admit they are more expensive than others in the area. In 2022 I tried another LA based company that was cheaper, but it was the a terrible experience they left many of my items damaged beyond repair.
So happy I came back to NS today. They are worth every penny.
