Just moved from Culver City to Northridge and couldn’t have had a better experience than what NorthStar Movers provided. It was exactly what you want in a moving company: On time, moved quickly, extremely careful with all of our stuff, nice guys in charge of all our possessions, super polite, and no hidden fees/charges at the end. Our movers were Luis, Omar & Hugo. We were amazed at their speed, especially the unloading at our new apartment. Especially key when you pay by the hour. 

I was especially pleased that they double checked with us on which room to put things in when it was unclear. For as long as I’m in the LA area, I’ll be using these guys for any future moves.

This was the first experience my girlfriend and I had with movers. We were obviously concerned about how our “stuff” would be handled. I worked in TV and saw how well the professionals in the art department handled the studio’s rental furniture. My expectations were high. NorthStar did not disappoint one bit. James and his gang were not only professionals, they were courteous and engaging with the both of us. What struck me the most was how hard they continued to work all day long. In the end, we paid about $400 less than our estimated price. That was a pleasant realization, to say the least. We would not hesitate to recommend North
Star to any of our friends or family, even the crazy ones.

Starting my relationship with NorthStar Moving, I spoke with Alma to coordinate and plan my local move in the SF Bay Area. Even with a short notice,
Alma was friendly, helpful and detailed in her answers. I am sure I had some detailed and on-point questions. This isn’t my first rodeo. No matter, Alma
was thorough and provided all of the details I needed.

Even though I am not truly loving the packing and move fun – who is? – at least I feel good in securing movers that are ready to help me tackle the
