Moving is always a stressful experience, but it was much alleviated by these guys.
The loading was absolutely fantastic. Leon and his team worked fast, efficiently, and were extremely thorough in wrapping everything — does covering everything with a blanket and then taping over it and then saran wrapping the whole thing count as excessive??
Not only that, they were extremely professional. This was tested by the ridiculous HOA board of our condo, who came into our place twice to berate us and the movers about ‘potentially’ damaging the elevator–which was in no way damaged. They continued to hinder Leon and his team and this got so ridiculous near the end of the process that they had to move our queen sized mattress and box spring down 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Which they did with a much better attitude than we ourselves had towards the HOA. What a great team of guys. I only hope that the guys unloading our stuff are as great. Thank you guys!

Awesome service! This is the second time I have moved using NorthStar and my crew leader David was great, as was his moving team! The service has proven to be very consistent and I would recommend using NorthStar for any move.
I am moving from Riverside CA all the way to the East coast. It’s already a lot of stress when it comes to changing environment, moving with my wife and two of our cats is even more challenging. David, the Foreman, is very professional and friendly, well explain the process and the paperwork that are needed. I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!! I will definitely use their service again in the future if I move back to SoCal.
Rodney, Kenny, and Josh did a great job moving my one-bedroom apartment today. They were efficient, polite, and very nice! The team arrived on schedule and worked quickly. They were also cat friendly!
Prior to moving day, Julie and the customer care team were great about answering all my questions in a timely and courteous manner.

NorthStar was fantastic. They were able to move me on short notice (~2 wks) in the peak of moving season when every other company I contacted was giving me the runaround. They were fast, courteous and completely professional – they even showed up early for the job and completed it under their estimated time frame. This company was a lifesaver. They made what might otherwise have been a very hectic, stressful experience a total breeze.
Javier Madrid, Alejondro R., Teck were our movers today. We were very impressed by their friendly, efficient, and hardworking services. They wrapped all of our furniture, very careful not to scratch anything. They disassembled and reassembled our bed frame as well as the sofa. Our sofa is too big to fit into the elevator of our new home so they carried the heavy large piece through the also small stairways, doing their best to maneuver it. They put their best effort in the work and it was definitely the best moving services we’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful experience (which is a first with any moving company for us!) They were on-time, extremely fast and professional. They were paid by the hour so we were worried that they would take their time with everything (which has happened to us before), but that was not the case. We were so impressed with how quick and efficient they were. They pack our entire apartment as well which is a service I definitely recommend if you work full time. Saved us a huge headache. Highly recommend them.
