These guys are amazing. The moment they arrived they literally told me that there is no need to worry anymore & I felt like it was the truth! They took care of everything, kept up a jokey/happy atmosphere which is exactly what I wanted when dealing with the shittiness that is moving. They were super kind & careful, & thoughtful with how they handled everything. I have a harp & they asked specifically how to lift it to ensure it would be okay. & they put my furniture where I wanted it in my room. They even took down some bulky recycling I had left over from my bed frame! The company called to confirm & offered insurance, & also pointed me in the right direction to obtain a parking permit. That was such a good call considering I was moving from/to very busy neighborhoods that had little to offer in terms of parking. TL;DR Northstar is awesome, definitely take a look if you’re getting ready to move. Everyone was extremely kind & helpful.

Northstar has moved us 5 times now and twice this year. It wasn’t a great situation and the move out of Texas was booked quickly with ease thanks to Anton. One Thursday, after a scary night with Wil Co sheriff in our driveway all night, I had never been more excited to see a Northstar moving truck IN MY LIFE. Out jump CJ and David and immediately all my worries we’re gone. They were very professional, understanding, protective and an incredible team. Usually we have 3-4 guys for our moves…. CJ and David had us packed up and ready to hit the road by the time we had to pick our daughter up from school. They were so incredibly hard working and quick! They put some of the other crews we’ve had in CA to shame. CJ and David are a dynamic duo who come from diverse backgrounds but are all around amazing men and the exact kind of ones you can trust with your belongings. David called me ahead of time to let me know our stuff would be arriving at our final destination sooner than later, collected final payment and squared us away. Myself, My husband, pups and daughter really lucked out with this team. They gave us the reassurance we needed that we were going to be ok and our stuff was packed without a chance of breakage. They took note of specific things that meant a lot to us – my husbands Budweiser neon from his dad, grandads flag from his coffin, sentimental baby items etc. By the time our house was packed and ready to go we felt our belongings were in great hands. Thank you so much David and CJ for everything. Words cannot even begin to do your hard work & love for your occupation justice. Northstar, thank you for sending us the best crew we could have asked for. We will be a long time customer and love y’all like family.
I did a local move across LA, and NorthStar was fantastic. Beforehand, they worked with my apartment to get all the COI information. The team arrived promptly and did an efficient move out, padding everything well. Delivery was just as seamless, with the team working quickly, navigating a weird stairwell, and taking care of my items. For the one small item that did have damage, the crew member took responsibility and the office took care of it easily. This was incredibly smooth compared to my last move!
NorthStar moved me from San Francisco to Southern California recently, and they were awesome! Jose and his team got all of our things packed and loaded quickly and they delivered everything the next day! Everyone was friendly and nothing got broken. I would absolutely use NorthStar again.

Furniture disassembly, wrapping it up with blankets to make sure it reached destination safely, handling our valuables like it was theirs.
