Great movers. We moved a 2 br within the city. They were fast, helpful when we didn’t have everything totally packed, very careful with masks and hand washing, and didn’t break a single thing. They were super nice. They also came in right in the middle of their estimated cost range. Couldn’t have asked for a better job. Highly recommend

This team is fantastic. I am often skeptical when it comes to hiring anyone to handling my belongings, especially when moving. I also only leave reviews when something is awful or epic – this was epic. Alex and his crew changed my total misconception about movers. I am a believer now and I will gladly hit them up again when it’s time for my next move. My partner and I moved from Northridge to Long Beach and there were zero issues. They arrived when they said they would and even gave me a courtesy call ahead of time. The hourly rate was exactly as promised and the attention to detail was unrivaled. They asked the right amount of questions to ensure they were organizing things the way I liked when packing and unpacking, but they were not annoying with constant questions – this team KNOWS what they are doing. They arrived at our new place much quicker than I anticipated (which is good news for me because every minute counts when you’re paying people by the hour. They don’t milk the time nor to they cut corners. Lastly, their general customer service and desire to help was top notch. They never assumed anything (they even asked to use our bathroom and didn’t just invite themselves to use it). The small things count. I could say a lot more and I’d give more stars if I could (cliche…I know…but it’s true) but you guys get the idea. Hire them. You won’t regret it.

It’s been a week since our move and we’re still talking about what a great job our NorthStar team did to make our move easy and painless. They showed up on time, and jumped in like masters. They carefully wrapped and packaged our furniture beyond anything we’ve seen before and safely transported to our new flat. That earns them 3 stars. But they get 5 stars for the heroic way they managed to squeeze our furniture through tiny doorways, around corners, and up stairs. Many times, it looked impossible but they found ways to get an extra inch here and there. They never gave up. Others would have taken the safe way, left our couch on the sidewalk and told us to buy a new one. Not our NorthStar team. They finished the job and saved us a lot of time and money. We highly recommend them! Totally worth every dollar.
