I coordinated a complicated move for an ultra high net worth client from the Bay Area to Los Angeles, including a month of storage between homes, changing plans, and coordination with property managers at both locations. NorthStar Moving handled it all spectacularly.
Their customer service and follow-through were exceptional. They stayed on top of the details, communicated clearly, and graciously amended plans as our needs evolved. With so many moving parts, having a team that consistently followed through made an enormous difference–and their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided.
What really stood out was the people. Everyone, from the administrative office to the teams handling the move, was kind, professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I felt confident entrusting them with my client’s belongings and relying on them throughout the process. Lotem especially may have a degree in psychology the way she supported my emotions during a high-stress time period.
NorthStar Moving made a demanding move feel manageable. I’m so grateful for their care, flexibility, and hard work, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone planning a move–especially one requiring extra coordination and attention to detail. Absolutely outstanding!

Manny and team did an absolutely amazing job. They were on time, friendly, respectful and careful with our things. We also had them pack up the kitchen and they were great with that too. I am so thankful for all their help and care in getting us into our new home and out of old one. They even disassembled and reassembled our furniture! I’d highly recommend them for any of your moving needs.

I just completed my second move with NorthStar Moving, and once again, they did an amazing job! This time, we moved from a house into an apartment, which came with its own set of challenges, but the team handled everything so smoothly.
