Their customer service is great. They have the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They call to follow up on your move so you don’t have to call them. I had a couple of minor issues on the day of the move but they got sorted out. Moving is pretty stressful so it was great that I could just hand the stuff off to someone else and have them get it to the next place. One really neat service that they provide is clothes boxes with hanging bars. That was one of the reasons I picked them. That way I didn’t have to move anything myself, I just packed everything up and handed it off to the moving team.
