Wendy in the office was super helpful. The customer service this company provides is amazing. I would definitely use them again.

Service was great! Our move was a short distance, but our stuff was heavy and our new place is on the 4th floor… So it was a good experience, I’d use them again.

Not one problem. The movers were focused, helpful, and fast. Ours was a slightly complicated move, going from a house to a building. They made sure to be careful of all the public areas, and laid down masonite on the floor not to damage anything.

We just completed our 2nd move with NorthStar…The crew arrived on time and was very efficient.

They placed everything where I wanted and always checked with me to see it was done properly.

I had read many of the review so I had expected things would go well, but the experience totally exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Four men arrived when promised were careful, hard working and considerate of all items.

These guys were awesome. Friendly and efficient. They helped me move just a few blocks the beginning of this month in Miracle Mile. I highly recommend them!

The communication was great with delivery as well, the driver called a couple days in advance to set up a delivery date, then called the day before as promised.

You can tell customer satisfaction is their top priority, and everyone employed by Northstar has taken that to heart. Movers were fast, professional, and everything was moved without the slightest bit of damage.
