Everything is in boxes. It has been a process. So here is everything down here. I have just a couple final things I’m going to put in my car. Yeah, these are our last moments. As you can see, we are using NorthStar Movers. This is my third time using them. I’m trying to give them a huge, huge thank you. Every single time the crew of guys, we usually get like four. I think we’re having four today. They are so efficient. They are so like, friendly and nice. Like, I just trust them with my stuff and they have not broken a single, single thing down to like the tiniest item, which I think is really great. If you guys are ever moving. They really do. Just like a top notch, high quality job. So they’re going to be here so soon. Got the red carpet.

This is the third time I have moved with NorthStar, though it had been many years since I last used them. They made everything so easy. They really took great care in wrapping up our furniture, mattresses, my jewelry chest… Kevin, Jose, and Enrique were so nice. Moving a family of 4 is no joke, so we got to spend the whole day together and I was a little sad to see them go. They even helped arrange the furniture and gave opinions on what fit where in the space (Jose’s specialty). Kevin and I laughed all day and he made a stressful situation fun. I felt the pricing was fair and I will definitely use them again next time. Thank you guys, truly.

Albert and his crew are ROCK STARS. They were fast, efficient, totally professional and handled our stuff with kid gloves. They went above and beyond. Cross town move handled perfectly. This is my third move with Northstar (the last two were cross country). I wouldn’t hire any other moving company.

I asked these two guys if I could take a picture of them before they left. I told them I wanted to review their performance on Yelp. But not only about their performance but their unforgettable sweet demeanor after discovering I live on the third floor and there’s no elevator.
You see, these smiling faces work for NorthStar Moving Company, and we all know the employees are the one that makes the company.
David and his coworker/friend could have rushed up 38 stairs to quickly unload my things because they were heavy, but nope, they took their time coming upstairs to make sure nothing got damaged. Now mind you, they could have rushed because the NorthStar guys in San Jose, Ca, wrapped my things so securely nothing could have gotten broken. And David, here in Texas, encouraged me to count my boxes as they brought them inside my place to make sure all my things had made it!
Another great thing about Northstar is, it only took 7 days for my things to arrive, the pick-up was Monday from California, and the delivery date was Sunday in Houston, Texas.
I have to give so much praise to Lorena, I booked this move in March, but it wasn’t going to be until May. She stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I was giving stuff away in those two months, and Lorena would change my quote without any problem.
Another thing Lorena did, she gave me information about a reliable car service to have my car transported to Texas, and that was quick too. My car was picked up on Friday from California and delivered on Tuesday in Houston!
I will always use NorthStar, and I do have another big move coming again.

This was my first time hiring a moving company. The NorthStar team was friendly, knowledgeable, and responded very quickly. The pre-moving process of straightforward and easy. They were transparent about all of their fees before the day of moving. On the day of moving, Johann and David were efficient and careful with my belongings. Overall, great experience.

They got here on time. They were very quick moving boxes in and out of my apartments and very very pleasant while doing it. Would absolutely call them for my next move.
Moved from SF to Fremont last week and had a great experience! It was a 1br/1ba apt, and the team had everything moved within 4 hours, including protecting the furniture. Everything came to the final location in the same condition it left SF. The team even helped us figure out how to fit everything into the storage and get it in there.
Shout out to Carlos Martinez, Erick, Eujenio – I have to move again in a couple months and am going to try to see if I can get this team again!

we had a big complex move between offices in Pasadena and Kevin, Enrique and Esteban were incredibly fast, friendly and professional. it was a pleasure having these guys pack and move our gear and furniture–everything transported quickly and without any damage at all. And they had a terrific, positive attitude all day. Highly recommend these guys!!

We had a great experience with NorthStar movers. They did packing and moving for us. They were super customer-oriented and very reliable. The best moving experience that we have ever had, and we have moved a bunch of times. They got our couch onto the second floor, and I was not sure that it was a task that could be accomplished.
