efficient and friendly. They never complained and were never not doing something. Jose also took the time put on my new headboard after a
very long morning. The customer service I received over the phone from quote to scheduling to service call after the move were great too!

Wow. A++. My movers, Chase, Ivan and Francisco, were ridiculously good! They packed up my old apartment in under 2 hours and moved me into
my new place in about an hour! They didn’t break or damage anything and even disassembled and reassembled my dining room table with ease.

Nemer showed up with his crew on time and ready to work. I had my full apartment that needed to be moved, then my girlfriend’s, then to our new place. It was a full day and they took it in stride. Nothing was damaged and we were able to finish up way earlier than I had anticipated. Would hire them again anytime!!

You’ve got to use NorthStar for your next move! I was referred to them by a smaller mover who couldn’t handle a big pack and move. I called them after calling another major moving company and I am so glad I did. Not only did they get me movers available on the date I requested on very short notice (which the other company couldn’t do), they ended up being much less expensive than the other moving company I called and even others I’ve heard about from friends. We had them do a full pack and move and, boy, it made our move so easy and virtually stress free.
The guys showed up early, were professional and got the job done in less time and using less packing materials than originally estimated, which made it cost even less than their estimate. We were thrilled. The guys were extremely courteous and careful. Not a single item was damaged. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with them.

I had to move twice in six months, A back-and-forth move. I had lived in this place for 19 years so I had accumulated a bunch of stuff. The first room was so good that I hired the for the return trip. I was happy to see the same crew. They took great care of my stuff, reassembled everything properly, were very responsible and generally busted their butts nonstop. Highly recommend.
While doing lots of yelp research on movers I came across NorthStar Moving Company. They were extremely professional and so helpful with my roommate and I. Our time-slot was 9am-11am and they arrived promptly at 9:15am to start the move. Nemer, Rodolfo, Carlos, and Isael were our movers and I can’t highlight them enough. They were efficient and skillful and didnt break a sweat at all when the elevator in our new place broke down.

Hannes and Joshua were our team leads and were amazing. We had a large team of movers who did packing and moving to our new home. All of the movers were professional, friendly, and efficient. They even made our kids laugh. All of our possessions were neatly packed, organized and labeled. Upon arriving to our new home, they made sure all boxes went in the correct rooms and assembled beds, bookcases, etc. We can’t say enough great things about our moving team!
Called Northstar movers to deliver at my LA address and was not ok abt the delivery day initially. Spoke to Caesar in the dispatch section who
went out of the way to help me and advanced the delivery day by 3 days to a Staurday which will work out better for me. I really appreciate

Northstar moved us today, and they did a fantastic job! William L., Luis G., and Ezekiel R. were on time, polite, professional, and very careful with our furniture. This is my first experience using a moving company, and I’m very impressed! Northstar Movers helped us with our local move today. Omg I thought we would never get our stuff out of our place! But they just swooped in, took over, and got everything out really fast, and everything in to our new place even faster. They took care of our stuff, wrapping all the furniture and making sure nothing got damaged. Also, the reservation process was really easy – the people in the office are super friendly and helpful. After researching numerous moving companies for my move from SF to LA, I decided to go with North Star and I have absolutely no regrets!
North Star’s rates are great and the crew is super customer oriented. We had to make a last minute change to our move date and North Star was able to change the date with less than a week of notice. The crew packed all our items up so quickly without sacrificing quality and were in and out within an hour. Hannes was leading the pick up and explained the moving process to us very thoroughly.

These guys moved my 1 bedroom aprtment 35 miles and they did it in 4and 1/2 hours. I was very satisfied with the estimate, and they came in 50 dollars under the original estimate. The overall experience was excellent.

Their breaks were quick and they moved like lightning. They took a lot of the stress away from one of the most stressful processes in life!
We didn’t have everything packed up – but they took care of that. Not a problem. I mostly had to watch our toddler while they packed up and I trusted them to do it. They knew what they were doing and they did it so fast. I will recommend and will use them again —— even though I did declare after this move that “I am only moving one more time in my life!!!!!!!”
