I’ve used NorthStar Moving for my past 4 moves in the last 15 years and continue to receive great service and I am very happy with them. The office staff is professional and follow through with email confirmations and reminders. The movers are equally as professional and on time. This year I had to move a home and separate office into storage for several months, then I relocated 120 miles away. There were a few snafu’s in this process because it was a complicated move. We moved yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with NorthStar services. Everyone we dealt with at NorthStar was very courteous, responsive, and helpful – from Jessica who took my first phone call, Ron who gave us an onsite estimate, to Chris who called to confirm our moving appointment the day before. And the three guys who physically helped us move were outstanding. William P., William C., and Jorge L. – they moved all of our stuff efficiently and safely. They made this the least stressful moving experience I’ve ever had. William called us about an hour before arrival, as I’d requested. They packed and moved all of our furniture and other items smoothly and carefully. All three were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend these guys for any moving job.

These guys were awesome! Showed up right at the top of the scheduled time and got everything done within our allotted 3 hours. Packed up our one bedroom apartment and took things down the stairs and out multiple doors easily. Very professional, easy to work with and nice guys through the stressful process of moving. All of this plus the yelp coupon makes Northstar a no brainer. Will definitely use again.
The guys made the day fun. They took great care of my precious items, really paid attention to the things I was most concerned about, and were very courteous and professional. And super duper strong.

Randy Chicas and his crew Miguel, Antonio, and Anthony were fast, careful with our possessions and super considerate. They were even able to be quiet so my baby wouldn’t wake up! Had to move the day after Christmas and totally unprepared. Jorge J, Ruben T., and Juan C. showed up early in the morning at the 8-10 window.They were prepared with all the materials, packed all the loose ends up and moved me from korea town to Downey in two and a half hours! They were great!
If you’re looking to move, look no further than Northstar Moving. Getting a quote was simple and easy. And on moving day, Ivan and his guys showed up on time and ready to work. They worked hard all day long to move my 3-bedroom house. Guys were very friendly and attentive to detail…all furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic to ensure safe transit. They had wardrobe boxes for all hanging clothes. They made sure all boxes and furniture were put in the right place in my new home and that we were happy with the results. I would recommend Northstar to friends and family.

My schedule pick up time was from 12-4pm. They arrived at 2:51pm. They wrapped and loaded my furniture in about 30 min. They got to my new place in a reasonable time; unloaded my furniture and moved my things the way I wanted it. The job was completed in less than the 3 hours (before the minimum).
Now I’m all situated and can’t wait to finally sleep on my bed again, I’m a happy customer.
