Luis, Santos, and Ubaldo were terrific!! They never complained about the number of stairs they had to climb and were very friendly. I appreciated their hard work and they even helped me assemble some of my furniture! I’m beyond grateful I had their help because they were the best!!

NorthStar movers were extremely polite and respectful during their time with me and my family! The 2 drivers arrived at what they thought was going to be a short trip 5×10, but I called for a 10×30 move. I called and spoke with dispatch again to clarify. The drivers were fine with the correction. They worked very hard all day, they also pointed out damages to my furniture from the previous movers ( before moving my item) this allowed me to take photos for a claim I already had in place. I was very pleased with my move!

This was our second time using NorthStar, moving us from a high rise in downtown to an apartment in another part of LA County. Gil and his team did a wonderful job coordinating and communicating throughout the process, and our team of movers was truly amazing. Shout out to Manny, Alex, Willy and Alfonso for a challenging job well done!!

Had a very large move 2 different residential stops and Luis, Santos and Ubaldo were great. They moved an upright piano in addition to many large items including couches and beds/mattresses. Would highly recommend this team. Nice guys and did a great job. Third time using NorthStar and highly recommend.

This is my second time using NorthStar for a whole house move in LA and the service was fantastic both times, from my first scheduling/pricing call to the drop off. Ron coordinated the move and was extremely responsive, professional, and kind. My movers Luis, Santos, Ubaldo and Emanuel were impressively fast and careful with all of my belongings, and were very nice and went the extra mile to help me get everything into its right place in my new home. I’ll be using NortStar next time I move and recommend them to everyone.

Kevin R and Irvin U were the crew that we worked with to move my parents from the Central Valley to the San Gabriel Valley.  They had about a 2 hour drive for the pick up and they were onsite at the early end of the arrival window we were given.  They were fast, efficient, polite and very careful with my parents belongings.  Upon arrival at the destination they displayed all the same attributes noted above.

Everything was placed where we wanted it and nothing was damaged in any way.

I was really pleased with NorthStar. Lotem helped us schedule a San Diego to Los Angeles move. They were very responsive and flexible on times even though we were calling with not much notice. They were great with all of my questions and the movers showed up on time and worked really fast. We had Luis, Santos, and Ubaldo — they were communicative and easy to work with, and they wrapped everything and took good care of our items. I’d definitely use them again!

My fiancée and I recently moved and can’t say enough good things about Northstar movers. We have very heavy high quality furniture and were nervous about the move but our movers Luis, Ubaldo, and Santos packed the items extremely well with ample protection. We used Northstar moving on our crosstown move. I have moved more times than I would like to admit, but this time was by far the easiest. Kevin & his team were so professional, fast, and caring! Everything went smoothly from start to finish! They arrived on time, and were so attentive to everything. We had no concerns about things being damaged or lost because they took the time to make sure everything was wrapped and all of the boxes were labelled. They even took one of my great grandmother’s antique paintings in the cab of the truck with them to make sure that it was safe. We will be moving back once our renovations are complete and absolutely plan to call them again. Bravo! And Thank you!
