Best of all were the movers! Richard D, Vinny, Vache and George A moved all of our equipment, supplies and computers quickly and efficiently to our new location in a gratefully short one-day move. Had an absolutely great experience with NorthStar Moving! We paid for 3 guys, but they sent 4 which made everything so much more efficient. We will definitely be using them again and again. It was a great value for the price. We did a move last year which cost the same, but was nowhere near the same value as what NorthStar provided. The guys were a pleasure to work with and extremely quick to get the job done.

Best money I’ve ever spent is on having movers. The movers were on time and knew what they were doing. They were constantly working and asking me where I wanted my things. I appreciated their hard work and I will be referring everyone to this company!

Great moving company! I had Jeremy, Ivan and Loyd help us with our move. Very professional, polite, helpful and organized. Labeled all the boxes and packed efficiently. They also worked faster than the quoted time and ended up saving us money. Would definitely recommend!

Our move was easy and painless because of these guys! The move was between twin peaks and mission bay, and only took 2+ hrs. Nelson was professional, helpful and explained everything clearly. They arrived really early in the morning to avoid traffic too. I’d recommend them to anyone who move within the city.
Edgar and the rest of the team did a great job moving my one bedroom. Only one minor accident when an electrical faceplate was broken, but everything else went very smoothly.

I had a great experience with NorthStar Moving Company. I had them move my stuff from a 1 bedroom apartment into their storage facility, which I kept there for 1 year. Just this weekend, I then had them move the same stuff into a new apartment. Everything was in great condition and the entire process was extremely convenient. The movers (Vatche, George, and Vinny) were all great and worked very hard, starting at 6:30 AM on a Saturday. Earlier this year, I also had to retrieve something from storage and was helped by Junior and Calvin, who helped me unload my storage crate, unpack my boxes, and then repack everything once I found what I was looking for.
Moving is always stressful, but NorthStar made it way better for me. I cannot imagine a better experience.

Today, Nelson, Carlos and Isael moved me from our 1 bed apartment into a 3 bed split house. I was very nervous, as this was my first time using professional movers. Half way through I realized that my nerves were needless, as the guys seamlessly got all my heavy, bulky furniture down 3 flights of stairs with ease.

We have not yet moved, but I wanted to write a review for the preliminary experience of getting a quote and having all of our questions answered– will update when we move. Michael P came today to give us the quote and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, which has been my experience every time I’ve called (and I’ve called a few times with questions). He was great even when our toddler threw a fit that there was a stranger in his room (toddlers are not reasonable people). Thank you for making our experience so far so EASY– the pricing is fair and incredibly competitive, given the service, and the people we’ve interacted with so far have been GREAT. These guys were fast, professional, always checked to make sure they were doing the right thing, and were very careful with some family heirloom pieces. All in all, they moved a two bedroom apartment in about four hours, travel time included (30 minute drive). The driver made sure I got some discounts too!

These guys are great. Polite, professional and efficient. From quote, to booking to the actual move it was pretty damn near flawless. Would highly recommend. Also, if you like a building with lots of procedures and paperwork before letting a moving company on site, Definitely go with these guys. Te have he instance and will provide all the paperwork well in advance. Overall all fantastic experience!
