Jeremy, Yvan & Lloyd did a fantastic job moving us this week! We needed a lot of help with everything from the big furniture items to my sons Star Wars figures and they did it all. They even went so far as to wrap the kids posters so they wouldn’t get damaged in the move. Everything made the move intact and exactly where we needed it to go. Will definitely use NorthStar Moving again though hopefully not for a long time.

I cannot say enough about this excellent moving company and its staff! We started the potentially stressful process by talking to Ron who arranged to come out to our home to discuss the moving process and give us a quote. We were impressed by his professionalism and flexibility in tailoring the move to the needs of our household. The day before our move, his crew, under the very capable leadership of Antonio, arrived and spent the day carefully wrapping our furniture and belongings. We had already packed all the small stuff such as our dishes, personal belongings etc. The trucks arrived the next morning as scheduled with a crew of 5 guys who packed our belongings with extreme care for the trip to our new home – a 3 hour drive away. The same crew arrive the following day, as scheduled, and unpacked and set up our furniture in our new home. Bottom line – we have moved many times and have never worked with such a professional and reasonable company! No damage – no issues – the best!!!

Fred and Diego did an amazing job! They were professional and got the job done smoothly. They packed my kitchenware and belongings at my old apartment. All of my dishes/belongings were packed nicely and nothing was broken. Also, very dog friendly. My dogs don’t befriend strangers but were fine around them so I know they are good people 🙂 Very time efficient and courteous. I will definitely be using the same team for my next move. Also, $50 for $125 dollars off coupon (that’s on Yelp) is unbeatable! Very pleased……
These guys were amazingly efficient, so professional, and so nice! They moved all of our stuff (a not insignificant amount–my husband is a borderline hoarder–sorry boo love you if you’re reading this) within 3 hours. And that includes the time they spent re-packing our stuff (professional packers we are not). I know there are plenty of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them! You won’t be disappointed with these guys at all. They’re also very transparent about costs, from the estimate through to the end transaction.

We had an amazing experience with North Star. The crew led by Jeremy Utu was fantastic. Our move was difficult – we had to move into a house on a steep slope – but the 4 guys Jeremy, Yvan, Lloyd and James were extremely professional and did some really heavy lifting to get the entire house moved in 10 hours. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
NorthStar made our business move easy! From initial contact and quote to final paperwork their administrative staff provided useful information and a “not to exceed” quote that gave us confidence that we selected the right company. Best of all were the movers! Richard D, Vinny, Vache and George A moved all of our equipment, supplies and computers quickly and efficiently to our new location in a gratefully short one-day move. Had an absolutely great experience with NorthStar Moving! We paid for 3 guys, but they sent 4 which made everything so much more efficient. We will definitely be using them again and again. It was a great value for the price. We did a move last year which cost the same, but was nowhere near the same value as what NorthStar provided. The guys were a pleasure to work with and extremely quick to get the job done.

Best money I’ve ever spent is on having movers. The movers were on time and knew what they were doing. They were constantly working and asking me where I wanted my things. I appreciated their hard work and I will be referring everyone to this company!

Our move was easy and painless because of these guys! The move was between twin peaks and mission bay, and only took 2+ hrs. Nelson was professional, helpful and explained everything clearly. They arrived really early in the morning to avoid traffic too. I’d recommend them to anyone who move within the city.
Edgar and the rest of the team did a great job moving my one bedroom. Only one minor accident when an electrical faceplate was broken, but everything else went very smoothly.
These guys are awesome! Right on time for start of the move and they finished on time. They made sure everything was cushioned and extra protected, way more than other movers I’ve used.

I had a great experience with NorthStar Moving Company. I had them move my stuff from a 1 bedroom apartment into their storage facility, which I kept there for 1 year. Just this weekend, I then had them move the same stuff into a new apartment. Everything was in great condition and the entire process was extremely convenient. The movers (Vatche, George, and Vinny) were all great and worked very hard, starting at 6:30 AM on a Saturday. Earlier this year, I also had to retrieve something from storage and was helped by Junior and Calvin, who helped me unload my storage crate, unpack my boxes, and then repack everything once I found what I was looking for.
Moving is always stressful, but NorthStar made it way better for me. I cannot imagine a better experience.
