These guys are quick, efficient and professional. The prices are reasonable as well. We had 3 guys and a truck for about 9 hours and paid $700 (this included a voucher from Yelp deals).
They did a great job in getting all of our stuff packed into the truck from our old apartment and unpacked into our new apartment without causing any damage to either property.

These guys were awesome! They showed up with 4 guys instead of 3… It went super fast. They were kind and careful. Really appreciated their help!
These guys did an excellent job. Although the entire move took 2 hours, I was charged for the minimum 3 hours, which was disclosed several times before the moving process began. The fact they hauled my extremely heavy sofa up a flight of stairs and maneuvered it around a really difficult entry way was completely worth the extra hour of pay. They also helped me mount my flat screen to the wall and helped remove the base.
All in all, I was very happy with the service. As far as I can tell, neither items nor structures were damaged in the process. The team of three were friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend North Star.

I was impressed by the care and consideration given to my items being moved. The crew arrived on time and were professional while being relatable. This was the best moving company I’ve ever used and if ever moving presents itself again, I will immediately call NorthStar! Northstar moving (Jeremy,Yuan,Lloyd) came through on short notice (just a few days), and did a great job. Polite, showed up right on time (called ahead to let me know), and worked up a sweat.
No damage, obeyed my orders, even put my clothes away nicely on arrival. Costs were explained clearly, no complaints to speak of. Would definitely recommend to a friend. They did ask me to leave a review on Yelp, though not required.

Randy Chacas, Josh, and Arturo did a fantastic job. They made the move quick, easy, and enjoyable. They showed up on time, took good care of our stuff, and solved any moving hurdles very easily. Was definitely an elite crew, glad we had their help and we would highly recommend to anyone who is moving.
NorthStar moving is an EXCELLENT company !! They are reliable, courteous, and efficient. They thoroughly wrapped all our furniture to protect it and then carefully unwrapped all as well. There were no hidden charges and all materials were included in their great prices !! This is the ONLY moving company that we have had such a good experience with and will be calling them the next time we move as well : )

These guys are awesome! The crew showed up right on-time and moved our 1 bedroom fast! They are on top of their game. 1/2 the apartment was on the truck in the first 30 min. They disassembled and reassembled the bed for us too. I will definitely use Northstar for my next move!

Our new home wasn’t ready when we sold our old home, so NorthStar packed-up our furniture, took it to their storage facility, and then delivered everything to our new home about 1.5 months later. Both the team that packed-up the furniture and the team that delivered it were on-time, very professional and very thorough. We highly recommend them.
Fred & Anthony helped me move from my one bedroom apartment to a new apartment in Downtown LA. They were both quite personable and knew how to protect and care for my items. Although there was an elevator at my new place, my bed wouldn’t fit so they were happy to lug it up the flights of stairs and fit it into place.

I have used Northstar many, many times over the past six years. I will never use another moving company. The young men are well-mannered, clean and gracious. They take care to wrap each piece and are as careful as possible. I recommend this company highly.
Great experience this past weekend with NorthStar Moving. Really easy to set up over the phone, no money down until the move was complete, the truck showed up at the very beginning of the arrival window. Moving is terrible and stressful, but the guys were total pros. Our movers were Jorge J, Ruben T & Abraham L–and they worked quickly, efficiently and safely. I couldn’t believe how fast furniture and boxes started flying out of the house. For local moves they also include free wardrobe boxes, so they moved everything in our closets (300 inches of horizontal hanging space) directly into the closets at our new house. It was a long day, with lots of stairs and heavy, unwieldy furniture, but the guys never complained and worked just as swiftly 7 hours into the move as when they arrived. Pricing was competitive too. Would definitely recommend North Star to anyone moving in the LA metro area. Glad it’s over but would use North Star again every time!
Tek, Israel, and Carlos from NorthStar Moving were incredible. I was really stressed about moving and it couldn’t have been easy since I was using NorthStar. They did the move in record time, while packing and unpacking my bedroom. I will definitely use them next time. So worth it!

Had a really really great experience with Northstar this weekend. They were on-time (even 10 minutes early!), and moved an entire 1-bedroom apartment in 3 stars (and they had to walk up 3 flights of stairs!) Very impressed and definitely would recommend using them for any move!

I moved into my new place today and was greeted Artem and Jesse outside the place I was moving from. They were both very friendly and efficient. Moving is never easy but thanks to these two it went smoothly 🙂
