Today, Nelson, Carlos and Isael moved me from our 1 bed apartment into a 3 bed split house. I was very nervous, as this was my first time using professional movers. We have not yet moved, but I wanted to write a review for the preliminary experience of getting a quote and having all of our questions answered– will update when we move. Michael P came today to give us the quote and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, which has been my experience every time I’ve called (and I’ve called a few times with questions). He was great even when our toddler threw a fit that there was a stranger in his room (toddlers are not reasonable people). Thank you for making our experience so far so EASY– the pricing is fair and incredibly competitive, given the service, and the people we’ve interacted with so far have been GREAT. These guys were fast, professional, always checked to make sure they were doing the right thing, and were very careful with some family heirloom pieces. All in all, they moved a two bedroom apartment in about four hours, travel time included (30 minute drive). The driver made sure I got some discounts too!

These guys are great. Polite, professional and efficient. From quote, to booking to the actual move it was pretty damn near flawless. Would highly recommend. Also, if you like a building with lots of procedures and paperwork before letting a moving company on site, Definitely go with these guys. Te have he instance and will provide all the paperwork well in advance. Overall all fantastic experience!

We are doing a cross country move with Northstar. Today, Nancy, Seitell, Angel, Ricardo and Emmanuel came to pack my kitchen, breakables and all my crystal and China. They were fantastic! So pleasant, worked very fast, and put everything where I wanted it to be. Ron Cohen has been great to work with so far. Still have to do the actual move but I think Northstar is great.
I needed to move from my condo in DTLA to east LA and Kevin, Keon, and Ricardo moved my stuff efficiently and with care. Plus they were very professional and friendly! I’d definitely recommend Northstar Movers!

They facilitated my move in process , couldn’t do it without the help of Richard, Nick, and Eloy! We finished it in 3 hours, it was a quick and smooth move, thanks guys !!

Kane, Eddie, Alex, and Rubin did an amazing job helping us in our move. They were all kind, professional and very helpful. They were efficient with time and careful with all our belongings. They moved furniture around multiple times for me and reassembled everything at our new house. I highly recommend this company and would for sure call them in the future if we move again! Had Vatche, Jorge, & Tanner helped me move yesterday! These guys worked fast & efficiently plus they listened to what I wanted done cause I didn’t want my furniture scratched. They were extra careful. I’ve used many crews in the past and each time, the guys are always professional and fast.

Ok.. These guys are the real deal. No hassle Curtious, clean, efficient, on time. Did I say on time. A lot of things went wrong and not as planned (of course not due to NorthStar) they never complained. They stayed until 10pm. These guys are really good and Amazing customer service. My wife says, and she is picky. They went the extra mile. Reasonably priced and a deal for the price.
