The guys showed up during the 8-10 window just as they said they would. They were all very friendly and they worked very hard. It was super hot and muggy but they stayed wry good natured. We had packed up a lot of stuff so they were able to work on the fragile ones. I really appreciated how well they treated my things and how they realized they were precious to me. The paperwork process was thorough and helpful!
Junior (foreman), William, Reynaldo and George were awesome! They took there time with covering each piece of furniture. They were careful and communicative when moving pieces into our new space. They had a friendly attitude and were easy to work with. I would highly recommend the team and Northstar!
The crew was absolutely amazing. They came and moved everything from my one bedroom over to our new two bedroom. They arrived right as they had told us they would and they moved everything in under an hour. They were kind, courteous and quick. They explained everything they were going to do and wrapped everything perfectly. They had a 3 person crew and they all were kind and friendly. I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone looking to move. Only professional movers I would work with. They handled it cordially from the phone call at the beginning from booking all the way through the final piece. They sent confirmation emails and followed up the day before as well as giving us a call an hour before they arrived. No sugar coating with movers. The only service you should EVER use!!
The guys from NorthStar were super friendly and efficient! They arrived on time and got everything packed and unloaded very quickly. There was no damage done to either house or to any furniture. Will definitely recommend to anyone moving, it takes so much stress off knowing all your belongings are being transported safely and effectively!

NorthStar made my move painless. They arrived early to move my boxes, shrink wrap my furniture, pack my smaller items into a larger box. They also moved my clothing hanging in my closet into wardrobe boxes for an easy unpacking into my new closet. The customer service was great and I would recommend this moving company to friends and family.

My northstar movers were fantastic! They were very professional- called me an hour before arriving and gave me an honest estimate. They were very straightforward with the cost of everything in addition to the per hour moving rate (told me about cost of tape, boxes, etc.). They took directions well as to where to put things when we arrived at my new spot. They worked very fast especially given the conditions which were HOT summer heat. They were very diligent about wrapping everything up safely and telling me which boxed held what. I didn’t have to lift a finger which was great because I have a bad back. The movers were done before sundown which was key for me because the electrician had forgotten to come! All and all it took 5 hours to move a 1bedroom to another 1bedroom that was 15 minutes away. I am very happy with my choice. And don’t forget to give them pizza!
From the very start the overall experience was great and the company and their people are very professional. The booking staff explains everything clearly and you get a confirmation email. The day of, you get a call before the movers arrive and the movers arrived at the early part of my appointment window. They are fast and courteous and take care of your belongings. Having just moved 4 months earlier these guys are worth everything penny, especially when compare to the other guys. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
