Best moving company I’ve ever used. They were great all the way down the line. When I called them they were really friendly and patient with me, I can be totally scatter brained on the phone.

The movers themselves were great too. Very friendly and did a great job. Very efficient but still took the time to make sure none of my stuff got messed up. I have a lot of delicate electronics and they were very careful with them. They also took care to not scratch the floors or ding the walls at either apartment.

All around great, I’ll definitely use them every time I need movers.

Update – A wonderfully personable representative from the company got in touch with me and was extremely apologetic for the movers lateness. I realized that actually the movers had a 2-hour window to show up, which I hadn’t paid attention to before. With that in mind, they were just a tad bit late, not worth demoting a star, so I’m bringing them back up to their rightful 5-star position.

I highly recommend using this moving company. The whole experience left me more than impressed with this company’s customer service, and, more importantly, the movers themselves, as I mentioned previously, were fast, friendly, careful and adaptive to our needs through the whole move.

I definitely recommend NorthStar movers. I didn’t have all my stuff packed up completely when they arrived, and they let me borrow boxes for the loose odds and ends. When we arrived at my new place, they helped to move a futon out of my car and moved a fridge that was delivered, in addition to all the furniture and boxes they had transported from my old place. Moving and packing is stressful enough, and these guys were friendly and professional and made the process pretty quick and painless!

Northstar moving company was a great experience. I had to relocate in a hurry for a new job and these guys were on time and on top of things! Had a really great, thorough and fun time going through my home with Gadi prior to our move. He, along with the staff who set up my appointment over the phone, was very professional, interested and seemed to care about what he was doing.
