Moving across the country from LA, I was so stressed to find movers that I could trust, etc. Based on Yelp reviews, I chose Northstar and WOW –
I couldn’t have had an easier, more pleasant and more seamless experience.
The team in LA that loaded everything took lots of care in wrapping all of my furniture, my mirrors, my glass tabletops. Everything was labeled and
beyond organized. Not to mention they did all of it with smiles on their faces and awesome attitudes.
Then, due to unforseen circumstances, I had to delay the delivery of my belongings by a few weeks, so by the time they dropped off to me today in
South Carolina, they had had possession of my belongings for 34 days, and they gave me no trouble for asking to have them keep everything for that long.
Today, the delivery guys were prompt, SO NICE, very fast and very organized. I can’t speak highly enough of Juan and Claudio who delivered; Rick,
Saul + Frank who loaded me up in LA; the whole Northstar team on the phones/email communication.
And – the costing was EXACTLY what I was told and had anticipated – not a penny more.
Especially for what can be a super stressful time, I CANNOT recommend them highly enough!!
Can’t say enough about how great of a job NorthStar Movers does. Yesterday was my third or fourth move with the company. Jorge G, Gerardo and
Ruben showed up 15 minutes into the arrival window. They got everything loaded into the truck quickly and helped break down some of the furniture.
Jorge G must be the best tetris player in the world because he got everything loaded into a storage unit that was 25% too small.
Best part was that they got the job done two hours earlier than estimated and under the budget. Highly recommended.
