From start to finish, NorthStar proved itself professional, helpful and most importantly very honest. I’ve moved 5 times and this, by far was the best company I’ve ever hired. Showed up on time, worked hard, careful with everything, set everything up in our brand new home 3 level house perfectly, and were very pleasant throughout the day. The movers never complained even though it was a long day for them and seemed to truly care about doing a great job. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs to move in the future, just perfect and professional all the way. Specifically ask for Noe and Rodolfo. They are fast and careful. Also, NorthStar’s prices are just right. Although some were cheaper, if you see their rating on Yelp I am sure you won’t mind paying “slightly” a bit more. AWESOME MOVERS! Northstar movers were fast and efficient. Javier’s crew was great. Honestly they were awesome and I’d hire them again.
Again, Northstar is the moving company to use! My husband and I used Northstar about two years ago when we moved into our current building, so when we decided to buy another unit to move into and rent out our old one, Northstar was the only moving company we even considered. We were essentially swapping two units’ worth of furniture within the same building, and the three guys who came to help us (on Valentine’s Day, nonetheless!) were perfection. Friendly, efficient, cooperative, careful (not one thing broke and not one scratch was left on our very soft wood flooring!), and insanely fast! And the two women I worked with before the move to coordinate everything were fantastic. I only ever recommend Northstar to anyone I know moving, impossible to beat!

Just finishing up another move with NorthStar moving company. Adrian, Isael, Antonio and Julio did a fantastic job. They got us out of a second floor walk up apartment to a single family home. Very pleased with the service. They are professional and courteous. Highly recommend them!
Adrian and his team were great for our company move. They were on time, polite and worked very hard. Everything arrived in perfect shape. They took the time to take our conference table apart (not easy) and put it back together again perfectly. Great guys!

Very happy with the moving experience. Great set of guys, all were helpful (even helped our neighbor with her stroller), arrived on time (8am), and superhero strong (one guy carried our entire queen mattress and heavy kitchen island on his own??!!). Communication was stellar including getting our rather strict home owners association rules to everyone involved and they gave us a great alternative deal when booking. It does work out a lot cheaper if you buy your own materials (boxes, plastic wrap and packing tape) which they will happily use. I wasn’t a fan of their own brown packing tape as it was hard to remove from furniture etc (only complaint). Would definitely use them again but hoping we won’t have to move again for a long time!
Every single person I have interacted with at North Star was excellent. From the moment you call them to the end of my delivery, every employee was jovial, helpful, and overall great. I called them on a Tuesday and they were able to arrange movers for that weekend. They confirmed the move the day before and even offered to do it earlier than they promised. Xavier and his crew were right on time at arrival and moved my stuff to my new apartment without a single scratch on anything. I simply could not have asked for more. These guys truly make the world a better place.
