This is the second time I’ve used North Star Movers — and I’m so glad I did! I had used them previously to move from So Cal to Nor Cal back in 2011, and just used them for a local move in LA.

Our move was long, and what complicated — we had two pickups before getting to our final destination, but Josue R, Hannes, and Obidio made it a BREEZE. My fiance and I were moving in together and as you can imagine we had LOADS of items. The team took care to get everything in and out, without any scratches, dings or nicks.

The team is professional, courteous, and works hard to make sure your items arrive safely and with no issues. From the moment I called, until the moment they pulled away, I was met with nothing but professionalism. The rates are fair, and the services is exactly what you want out of movers.

No one likes moving — but at North Star, they make it as painless as possible. Definitely a recommend for anyone looking to move near or far. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Dustin and his crew are TERRIFIC! They took great care of my dad’s grand piano (very sentimental to my family) when they transported it up from southern CA up to the Bay Area, with almost 1 year of storage. Not only that but their rates for both storage and delivery were lower than any place I checked and they were very accommodating in terms of scheduling. They are very knowledgeable about pianos and how to handle them well! If you’re looking for piano moving or storage, go to Fog City piano!!!

If I’m not mistaken this is the fourth time that Northstar has helped me move in the past 7 years.  Some time in between I made the huge mistake of hiring someone else; big mistake.  These guys are awesome.  Extremely efficient, very proper and always punctual.

The three guys with Northstar Movers were excellent. They completed the entire job in four hours. Our furniture was handled with care, the guys were friendly, and everything was done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cost effective, quality move!

Just had a great moving experience with North Star moving. David led an excellent team in a difficult and very long move. The guys were awesome-so nice to me and especially  to my kids. Our stuff was moved quickly and very carefully and they took care of the smallest details. They stayed until every ast thing was completely how I wanted it. I would totally recommend North Star moving. David and his guys were great and made what could have been a very stressful moving day a great day!!!!

These guys moved us today and they were awesome. They worked so hard all day and really went above and beyond to help us get set up and situated before they left. All the guys were personable and respectful and they wasted no time. I highly recommend them!
