It is not often that I take the time out of my busy schedule to write a company regarding the services they provided to me. However, I feel that the service I received from one of your crews deserves recognition.
My name is Marie Brown and I contracted with your moving company to move me on Sunday, May 15′ 2005. This crew was headed by Orcun (I’m not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name). The reason I write to you today is because I felt highly satisfied with the work they performed. First of all, the crew was punctual. It was an extremely hot day, but this did not stop them from working diligently. I had many items that were extremely fragile, and they handled everything with care. Orcun also had to wrap a couple of items for me and took the time to mark the boxes so that I knew what he had put in them. I felt this was above and beyond his job duties.
I moved to Illinois for a temporary job assignment and will be moving back to California around the first of the year. I will be sure to call your company to assist me at that time. I also will be sure to let my friends know that your company can be trusted.

I just wanted to write a quick note to express my complete satisfaction with my move last week. All of the guys that participated were first rate, had great attitudes, and worked very hard to make a difficult job seem much easier.

This is to let you know what an outstanding experience I had with NorthStar Moving. I had the privilege of using NorthStar twice — both on March 28 and on April 10 when I completed the move when my apartment was ready to move into. The whole process was done in an expedited fashion with a very smooth transition with not a thing broken in the process.

Northstar moved us on March 13th and shortly after the move I called to tell you how great your movers were. Now that we have gotten around to unpacking all of our boxes we felt compelled to contact you again. They helped us pack under less than great circumstances — there was a lot of unorganized stuff laying around everywhere and I have to reiterate what a phenomenal job they did for us. They packed even the smallest, least important things so well it’s quite amazing and they did it all quickly and efficiently. Eliraz Sade’ was the team leader and he really deserves to be commended.

This letter serves as a reference for both Gadi Avigzer and North Star Moving Company.
My first encounter with Gadi and North Star occurred several years ago when I worked for Angelina Jolie as her personal assistant. This particular move occurred during a time of personal stress for Ms. Jolie, and the tabloids were hovering around her house. At one point the paparazzi tried to bribe several of the North Star movers with a hefty amount of cash. Not only did the guys turn down the bribe, they promptly told the photographers what they could do with the money! With no other incentive other than professionalism, both Gadi and the crew did everything to ensure Ms. Jolie’s privacy during the subsequent two full days of packing and moving. And if that wasn’t enough, their skills at wrapping, packing and loading everything from large odd-shaped objects to fine china, was – and is – superb.
From that time on I have worked with Gadi and North Star on every move I’ve been involved with, both professional and personal. They approach every job with the same level of high-quality service no matter how “high profile” or “low profile” the client may be. Case in point: I didn’t think they would want to handle my little 2 bedroom apartment move after working with so many VIP’s, but that wasn’t true! I received the same level of service as my celebrity employers have.
Although moving can be stressful even under the most pleasant of circumstances, know that the stress of moving has been eliminated when you work with Gadi and North Star.
