We were nervous about hiring a moving company after hearing some horror stories about difficult companies and all the headaches that can come with moving. We are so happy we went with NorthStar Moving!  We did a move from Walnut Creek to Menlo Park. The estimating process was very easy and was done via FaceTime. I asked for a not to exceed and was happy with the process. The moving team that came to our house was prompt and very professional. They were very efficient and did a great job packing up all of the odds and ends that we couldn’t fit in standard sized boxes. All of our items arrived in great condition.  They were so fast that we came in under budget. We will definitely use NorthStar for our next move.

I acquired the services of this company last weekend. Fair quote, the movers worked hard, my belongings were loaded and unloaded in a careful manner. Can’t ask for more than that. I’d use this company again.

Used them several times in the past. On time. Reliable. Did not sit around, not working. All the movers were very nice and worked fast and respectfully. Price was very affordable. Will use them ever time we move!

They arrived on-time and the crew was extremely friendly. We had them move all of our furniture and TVs with no damage at all. The move was done faster than we expected and to top it off their truck ran on Biodiesel, so also great for the environment. Would definitely use them again for a future move!

We had the absolute best experience with our move. If I could give 10 stars I would. They made the entire experience incredibly easy, and moved our house and storage unit (on the other side of town) to our new home in 1 day. They were able to make a last minute move date change due to our floors in the new house being delayed, and saved hours of stress off our lives by making that switch. They were super professional and did an outstanding job. I hope to not move again for a long time- but when we do, we will absolutely use NorthStar Movers.

Albert and his team from NorthStar did a fantastic job with my move. They were helpful, professional, and hard working. We were able to move my 1000 sq ft place in just under three hours and when I needed to pack away a few things, they were able to help with all the supplies I needed.

They did a wonderful job wrapping and transporting my art and delicate furniture. They were punctual down to the minute of the 30 minute arrival phone call estimate. I would definitely use them again. No complaints whatsoever!

These folks made our move smooth and painless. They were clear at communicating, packed us all up–carefully calling out anything that already had a ding or scratch on it so everything was carefully catalogued–and they thoughtfully took apart and reassembled furniture. Isael and his crew went above and beyond to get everything expedited and in the right place at our new destination without incident. We’re so grateful to have found them. Thank you 🙂

These guys were fabulous. They came at the expected arrival time. They were extremely helpful.  They were so nice and professional.  They were super fast.  They even took stuff to the trash and loaded our cars. They’re the best.
