This review is for the DTLA NorthStar Movers team. They helped us move into our new condo last weekend and I have to say, I was very impressed with this company! Everyone hates moving, but these guys made it as painless as possible. A huge shout out to Ian, who was the team leader and main point of contact during the move. Not only was he an excellent worker himself, he also managed the team during the entire move with great professionalism. These guys were efficient, polite, and worked extremely hard. Ian in particular paid attention to detail unlike any mover I have ever seen. For example, I had a cover underneath my bed floor at my old apartment and when we arrived to the new condo, he asked first if I wanted to put the same cover on the floor. I was Wowed by his care and concern. I also want to give a shout to to Cesar. He was the boss man calling from the office to give us an ETA on when the movers arrive. He also called me midway through the move to check and see how the guys were doing. Again, wowed again! Very professional and considerate of him to do that, and it was much appreciated by my fiancé and I. As with every move, some things did go wrong. However, the company worked with me after to resolve any damages and make sure everything was compensated and taken care of. As a customer, I do not expect perfection with something as stressful as a move. But what I do respect and appreciate is the willingness for a company to follow up and ensure that everything is taken care of, which is exactly what Northstar did. That is what sets them apart from your run-of-the-mill moving company. If you are looking for a moving company that you can trust, look no further. I would definitely use NorthStar again! North Star moving company was hands down the best moving company we have ever worked with. Alex’s crew was professional and fast and they helped us with all of our moving needs. They even worked around our babies nap schedule! I can’t recommend this company enough!

Really great service!! I’ve used them twice now. They are on time, efficient and so friendly and polite. It can be stressful moving especially during a pandemic but they made it all so easy.

I’ve moved a lot and honestly this was one of the smoothest moves possible! Both of our movers were super professional, very fast and extremely polite and helpful. They were also quick to think outside the box when it came to moving dilemmas and accommodating with our situation.

We did a local move – and it was legit around 4 hrs which is really exceptional!
