Robert’s team was great. They showed up on time and were courteous and professional during the entire move. They took care of our stuff and treated everything with care. When they showed up, they asked us how we wanted everything done so as to meet our expectations. Robert and his team also worked efficiently to get things done quickly. We had a tricky location with multiple stairs and they handled it with care. Robert and his team also helped disassemble some pieces of furniture and put it back together nicely. I would recommend Robert and his team to anyone needing help with a move.

Robert’s team is AMAZING!!! They helped move our large furniture out of our house that was up a flight of stairs and up a hill. They moved quickly and were very professional! They quickly offloaded our stuff at our new house and placed everything where we wanted it. I am beyond pleased and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We were really pleased with the entire experience of moving using NorthStar. We didn’t have a very big move (just within San Francisco city), but that only helped make this move one of the fastest and most efficient that I’ve ever experienced. They were very much on-time with lots of updates on their arrival right up until they did actually show up. They got right to work and continued at a very fast, yet very controlled paced moving everything from my apartment in to the truck without an issue. Once they followed us in the moving truck to our new apartment, they were able to get things running into the new apartment just as fast. Overall everything was completely said and done and they were on their way within 3 hours. Highly recommend!
