NorthStar did a fantastic job moving all my things within San Francisco. I didn’t have things organized when they came, and they quickly were able to sort through everything without issue. They were on time, courteous, and extra helpful when I realized that I forgot about a storage locker that also needed to be moved. When we got to the new place they were patient as I figured out where I wanted things to go. Would definitely recommend them!

NorthStar crew made our move easy. They took care and wrapped all of our furniture. When moving in and out they were careful not to ding walls or floors. Very friendly movers. They were the best movers we have used so far! Highly recommended.
Alright guys it’s moving day. I’m really excited because NorthStar Moving just showed up, they’re moving our stuff and loading it up, but look how big this truck is they brought. We have a 600 square foot apartment. That thing is huge, this is going to be a really easy, quick, one trip. This is our first time ever getting movers, and I am already so excited because it’s already made everything so much quicker and more efficient. I’m ready to get out of here.”

I was dreading my move as I have a one bed, but have lots of.. stuff – art pieces, guitars, books, collectibles… No way am I doing this! So after a quick search on Yelp it was obvious who’s the Pro of Movers were.. NorthStar!! And they did not appoint!
Alice and her team are all fabulous and they really went above and beyond with explaining me the whole process and schedule the move.. They were super busy at the end of the month, so luckily they found the time to move me! Yeyy..
Ana emailed me my confirmation and another email with Insurance options. The whole process was very detailed and really reassured me.
Had a Confirmation Call before the move, which was really cool cuz, of course, I had some last minute questions..
On the day of the move I got a text to track my truck (!!!) and a Courtesy Call from the driver to let me know what’s up.. Brandon was the Team Leader and he is such a sweetheart.. He did a walk through with me to see what’s what and then guided the team (3 guys). I’ve never seen such a thing – These guys were on top of things, definitely know what they are doing. Again, wow wow WOW!!
I hardly did anything, by the time I finished loading up my wardrobe boxes (FREE wardrobe boxes, are you kidding me??) they were pretty much done!!

Not that I wanna move again, but next time, these guys are doing my packing!! So worth it.

This is our 4th move with Northstar and we are repeat customers for a reason. From booking to finish they are very professional and efficient and the movers have always been nice and polite. We’ve never had any complaints. This time Marlon, Caleb, and Rodolpho took good care of us and did not seem phased at all by the flights of stairs. The company is always in good communication with confirmations and calling to let us know ETAs.

Moving is never easy and always brings stress. That being said, the folks at Northstar made the experience as seamless as possible. Ron came out to do the estimate and was super organized and efficient. As for the guys who performed the move (Jorge, Reuben and Caesar) they are honestly the best crew I’ve ever dealt with — and I’ve moved quite a bit. From the moment they arrived, I felt at ease as I could tell they were experienced and knew what they were doing. They were on time, professional, courteous, very effective and displayed excellent customer service skills. They made sure all of my items were packed/wrapped properly and did a great job unloading/reassembling them, all while completing the process promptly. I can’t stress enough how impressed I was with these gentlemen; truly valuable assets to the company!

This is the third time I have used Northstar Movers for a house move. Every time I have found the team trusted and reliable. Today’s move started on time and in the window I had asked for. All 4 of the guys got to work immediately following the walk through of my home. Everything was securely wrapped and extra care was taken on some of the more valuable items which you’d expect but these guys took
additional care. Once we arrived to the new home we did a walk through and we explained where we wanted everything. The guys even had ideas for how things could work differently – we really appreciated their perspective. In the middle of the move we had to adjust some stuff but the guys were helpful and moved things around for us. Moving is not an easy task but these guys get this done with a positive attitude and a really strong team vibe. Will be calling them for my next move!
