This is the second time I used Northstar, and once again I’m glad I did. Arrived on time, handled the truck expertly, nobody complained about the three-floor walk up, were careful with my stuff and didn’t break anything, and had everything they needed. The office was responsive to them when they called and handled things quickly. Luis, Angel, Micel, and Ruben had great attitudes, hustled, and worked well together, and I enjoyed spending the day with them, actually. They made sure everything I needed got done, and it all went well. Each of the things I’ve mentioned has gone wrong with other companies–sometimes multiple things in one move. What a relief.
Packing Service
I used Northstsr to move from Pasadena to the Bay Area and had a great experience. Northstar was very easy to work with, communicating by email and phone. The day of the move the team arrived right on time and did a great job packing all the stuff in our apartment. I could tell the care they used to pack up our valuables. They spent about 8 hours packing or 2 bedroom apartment. Delivery was five days later and right on schedule. The team helped to reassemble our furniture and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you to Jeremy and the northstar team for a smooth move!

North Star is the best! I’ve used them twice now and each experience has been awesome. Stefy was a sweetheart over the phone while I was scheduling my move. Both of the crews I worked with were very quick, efficient, and handled my stuff with care. If you are deciding on a moving company, just stop now and give them a call.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Calvin H, Antonio & Ricardo. They were all so amazing and went above what I expected from them. This was my first time ever dealing with a moving company and will definitely recommend them to anyone. They were all so nice and helped pack everything that still needed to be secure. I would specially like to thank Calvin since he was so open about any questions I had, his work ethic was amazing and is a hard worker that makes sure to go through everything with you. He called about 45 minutes before they arrived to give me a more specific time frame. Overall I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended! If the delivery is as smoothly as the pick up I would be so pleased, I will review again once my delivery is made.
These guys are amazing. Quote was accurate, no nickle and diming later. Explained all the charges and were clear how I could save money…. didn’t try to oversell extra insurance. I got 2 other quotes (from 1 small and 1 large company) and these guys beat them both by $800.

Excellent customer service. We needed extra fast delivery…. infant was going ballistic about being in an empty new apartment. Cesar bent over backwards to beat their original est delivery date.
